Nestled in a quiet safe residential area, our property offers peace and tranquility just minutes away from local amenities. A seven-minute walk will take you to the nearest shop and chip shop. The UEA is within walking distance, making it ideal for those visiting students or attending the university themselves. The Norfolk and Norwich Hospital is also just a short drive away, convenient for medical professionals or those visiting patients.
To reach 19 Osborne Road, Norwich, NR4 7BN, from the A11, follow these directions:
1. Approach Norwich on the A11: Continue on the A11 towards Norwich.
2. Enter Newmarket Road: As you approach the city, the A11 becomes Newmarket Road.
3. Turn onto Bluebell Road: After approximately 1 mile on Newmarket Road, turn left onto Bluebell Road.
4. Arrive at Osborne Road: Continue on Bluebell Road for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Osborne Road. Number 19 will be on your left.
Our stylishly refurbished 6-bedroom house located is conveniently on Osborne Road, a short walk to the University of East Anglia.
This house is perfectly equipped for both short and extended stays.
Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample storage, and we provide fresh linen and towels to enhance your stay.
The kitchen is the centerpiece of the home, fitted with modern appliances like a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, ovens, hobs, fridge, freezers, and more.
We provide all the essentials you need to whip up a meal including tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, cooking oil, salt, and pepper.
The kitchen doubles as the living area, offering a long breakfast bar with stools, a small sofa, and a 50-inch television for your entertainment. Please note, there is no separate lounge.
The property boasts a large driveway that accommodates up to three vehicles and additional free on-street parking.
It features three well-appointed shower rooms with disposables like body wash, conditioner, and shampoo to get you started, and an extra WC for convenience.
Walking: The area is conveniently close to the University of East Anglia and local amenities, making it easy to walk there.
Cycling: Norwich offers numerous cycle lanes, and renting a bike can be a great way to see the city. Beryl bikes can be found at several locations around the city, which you can access using the Beryl app.
Bus Services:
Bus 25: This route heads to Norwich city center and runs frequently throughout the day. It's a great choice for accessing shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
Bus 26: This route also serves the city center and offers connections to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, ideal for those visiting for medical purposes or work.
The nearest bus stop is located on Bluebell Road, only about a five-minute walk from the property.
Driving: With a large driveway for up to three vehicles and additional free on-street parking, driving around Norwich and to locations such as the scenic Norfolk coast or the Broads National Park is convenient.
Taxi and Ride-Sharing: For more direct routes or if you prefer not to wait, taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available and can be easily booked from your location.
The kitchen area is the only communal living space, as there is no separate lounge. This area includes a shingled back garden which serves as a smoking area. The entire house is available for your use with no locked areas during your stay. For your safety, the house is equipped with a fire blanket, a carbon monoxide detector, and fire doors, ensuring compliance with the latest fire regulations.
