As you walk in the front doors you are welcomed with breathtaking water views and a spacious living area. Included in that living area is a huge open kitchen with an 11 foot island. Come together for meals with indoor kitchen seating for 16. Or come together on the 65 foot covered patio with retractable screens, gas heaters, 4 smart tv’s, and seating for 20 plus guests. A few steps down from the patio is a 1200 square foot pool deck with more seating and lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool features dual tanning ledges, swim up bar, swim up table, raised hot tub, and underwater loungers. Right off the pool is a 25 foot gazebo with semi-circular granite countertops, fridge, icemaker and sink. This is perfect for entertaining or chatting with people in the pool. Follow down to the lake and you’ll enter a 2000 square foot double decker dock featuring an octagon bar that seats 20 with an ice maker, fridge, hibachi grill and sink. The dock also has sectional seating and stairs leading into the lake. Go up the spiral staircase and enjoy the swinging bench with beautiful sunrise views and a catwalk leading to an 18-foot plunge into the lake. Going around the lake is a 345-foot boardwalk leading to a second covered dock with access to all the water toys. Inside the house everyone will have plenty of room in the spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is for ultimate relaxation and amazing water views. Located on the main level it has its own exterior entry to the covered patio and pool deck. Upon entering the master you’ll instantly be awed by the beautiful round sitting area. Cozy up to read a book on the plush sectional with the vaulted round ceiling and stunning chandelier. The master suite also features a dressing area with full length mirror and make up vanity and a private washer and dryer room. Once you enter the bathroom you will be greeted with a deep soaking tub, walk in shower with gas steam generator and high-pressure massage jets, serenity/yoga room, and an exit to a private outdoor shower with palm trees, one would feel like they have entered a spa at a 5-star resort.
