In the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, a true oasis of serenity and intimacy, just 2 minutes on foot from the metro and the action of Mont-Royal Avenue. Terrace Saint-Hubert features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 wood-burning fireplace (low-emission slow-combustion stove), 1 private backyard, and an exceptional large private rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city and Mount Royal. The living room is equipped with a 106-inch cinema screen, a projector, and a high-performance sound system.
The Space:
Bright architect-designed house with a clean design, featuring over 10-foot ceilings, original brick walls, and a high-end kitchen with a Saint-Marc stone central island. Complete bathroom on the ground floor. Private Zen garden at the back with a water wall and 8-meter-high vegetation walls for added privacy in the summer.
On the second floor, two bedrooms and a complete bathroom in the master bedroom.
Large private terrace on the third floor with unobstructed panoramic views of downtown and Mount Royal. BBQ area with outdoor table for 8 people for memorable evenings, breakfast nook, and lounge area.

Easy parking in the street: there are a few free parking spots in the street that you can use if they are available. Otherwise, you can buy a daily pass (8 CAD$) and park wherever you want in the street, including right in front of the door.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-concept living room with a high-performance home cinema, followed by a large dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the large stone island for preparing your favorite recipes during your stay, whether with family or friends. A large bay window opens onto the Zen garden at the back of the house, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon, perfect for relaxation or reading during hot summer days. You will also find a complete bathroom with a shower and a laundry room on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and access to the rooftop terrace (accessible from early May to late October). In the master bedroom, you will find a stunning open-concept bathroom, fully renovated with a soaking tub and a tropical rain shower.
