MAIN LIVING SPACE: Accessible by stair or elevator, the second-floor main living area draws everyone for downtime and time well spent together. Under soaring, vaulted ceilings, the coastal-inspired space opens to the balcony and combines kitchen dining, and den. Emerge from the stairway into the gourmet, blue-and-white kitchen, with Viking appliances, an 8-burner gas range, and an oversize island with seating for 5. It overlooks the dining table, with seating for 10 in rattan-backed chairs, for memorable meals or card games. The comfortable living room offers generous seating on a cozy sectional sofa under spectacular, 26-foot ceilings set against a wall of windows. Features like the nugget ice maker and a powder room make it easy to host a crowd.
A third-floor beverage station serves a as secondary living area that doubles as a study, with sofa, TV, and desk. A bonus, top-level reading nook is backed by windows that look to the Gulf!
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Luxury awaits in stunning, third-floor primary suite! The connected bathroom features glass-front cabinets, rattan detailing, a lavish soaker tub, and walk-in shower. Five additional, identical king suites with details like plantation shutters ensure guests enjoy a touch of luxury and privacy as well. The primary offers private balcony access, while the other suites access shared porch spaces. Kids will love the first-floor bunk room for 6, with all-white, ship-style railings and personal charging ports at every bunk! A sleeping loft hosts extra guests!
GREAT FEATURES: An elevator makes access easy. Enjoy parking for up to 4 vehicles on brick paver-lined drive and garage. Rinse off after beach time in the fenced outdoor shower area. Dual washer/dryer sets help manage laundry with ease. Thoughtful extras include a kid booster seat for meal time. The designer details, furnishings, and location near the dune crossover to the beach set this home apart. It also has enviable park and playground access, and it’s an easy walk to resort-like pools!

La Mer is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. Please review all policies at:
