Howdy Yall! Come escape to our spacious 3,600 sq. ft. cowboy-inspired retreat, perfectly located for families, friends, or groups looking for a relaxing, fun-filled place to make memories. Set on over an acre of land, this property offers plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Featuring three luxurious king bedrooms, a huge bunkroom, and a dedicated poker/game room, our home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Featuring 3 King Bedrooms: Rest your boots in comfort with three individual king-size bedrooms, each outfitted with cozy, western-inspired décor for a true cowboy experience. Bunk room: The bunkroom is perfect for the younger cowhands or a fun group of pals featuring 6 individual twin beds and a sofa that converts as well. There is enough space to gather ‘round and play tons of provided games, play endless games of foosball, or watch TV! Poker/Game Room: Test your luck and show off your poker face in the game room with a top of the line table and seating for 6, or bring out your competitive side with the various games and puzzles available. Glamour Suite: Ladies (and gents too of course), get ready to dazzle! The glamour suite is ideal for bridal parties or groups prepping for an event. Perfect for getting dolled up before a big day or just a fun night out on the town. Dedicated Dining Areas: There is a formal dining as well as seating at the bar and a separate dining space in the kitchen area so plenty of room for group meals! Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen is a designed for both the home chef and those who love to entertain. Featuring a spacious prep island, you’ll have plenty of room to prepare meals for a large group or experiment with new recipes. Equipped with a Sub-Zero fridge, you’ll have ample space to store fresh ingredients for any meal. The five-burner range and powerful vent hood and additional food warmer provide professional-grade performance, allowing you to cook with ease and precision. Outdoor Fun & Entertainment: Corn hole Pit: Whether you're looking for a little friendly competition or just want to hang out and chat, the cornhole boards are ready for action. Fire-pit: Gather 'round the firepit and swap tales under the starry sky while roasting marshmallows and enjoying good company. Perfect for evening relaxation after a day of exploring. Entertainment Space: There's plenty of room for everyone to kick back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors. From BBQs to family games, it’s the perfect place to create lasting memories. Pickle-ball Net: Located in the garage feel free to pull outside into the driveway and play! Minutes from Tulsa Hills & Main Event: You’re less than 5 minutes from all the fun at Tulsa Hills and Main Event there’s shopping, dining, exciting entertainment and so many fun things to do. Perfect for Weddings & Events: With several wedding venues nearby and the glamour suite ready for prep, this is a fantastic spot for wedding parties or special events. Whether you’re here to explore Tulsa’s finest or simply relax and soak up the cowboy charm, this retreat is a great place to gather your family, your best gals, or your closest guys for an unforgettable experience. So, grab your boots, bring your crew, and come on over to this western getaway – it’s time for a little fun and relaxation, cowboy style! A few other things to note: All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor. There are 2 half bathrooms downstairs. No Large Parties or Events: large parties, weddings, or events that exceed the property's capacity are explicitly prohibited and will result in the right to cancel the reservation, charge extra fees, and immediate eviction of guests from the property. Small gatherings (like family reunions or birthdays) may be allowed with prior approval but will include an additional deposit. If the event involves outside vendors, additional people, or equipment, prior arrangements must be made with the host. Additional guests require permission and approval from the host. If unapproved guests show up, we will request that they leave immediately and reserve the right to impose additional charges. Quiet Hours and Respect for Neighbors: This is a residential areas and we have the best neighbors so it’s our obligation to avoid disturbances to them. Guests are to restrict excessive noise, especially during the hours between 10pm and 8am. Pet Policy: At this time we have to enforce a strict no pet policy due to extreme allergies. This includes all pets.
