Awful! Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Absolutely awful! It was nothing like in the photos. Mold, bugs and cockroaches everywhere.

Absolutely awful! It was nothing like in the photos. Mold, bugs and cockroaches everywhere. We booked a king suite with a hot tub. No hot tub, no sink due to having a sign over it saying not to use because it was broken, no trash can because it was being used to catch the water pouring out of the air conditioning unit, dead bugs everywhere, cockroaches in the bathroom, a balcony but no door? No pool. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Did not like anything about this place.

Homeless outside. Ran down inside. Was not clean. Had two rooms one toilet and fridge did not work mold on vents hair all over bed. Other ac did not work that's all I found in 5 minutes before leaving.

Unprofessional, room wasn't cleaned and smelled weird. They made me check out early due to their mess ups it was the worst experience I have ever had..

Cheap and quiet, but not the nicest hotel.

Ac worked amazingly. The price was good. It did have a mini fridge that worked well and the bed wasnt uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating for issues brought to their attention.

The room wasn't very clean. The carpet had crumbs and other debris all over it.The toilet looked liked it hadnt been cleaned in a while, and the bathtub had hair and some dirt in it. The windows weren't sealed very well and the walls had some damage to them. The beds were clean, but the pillows were very small and flat. The halls carpet wasnt clean either. The only ice machine was on the bottom floor and the breakfast was lacking pretty much everything but cereal and bananas.

The price was reasonable.

Had to wait for someone to come check me in. The sign to call someone wasn't visible when you walked to the desk. The desk clerk wasn't very friendly.

The facilites, grounds and interior of this hotel were filthy. My room was still unmade/uncleaned after I checked in. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, I was told there were no other rooms available, and that I would not be charged. There was no apology or attempt to get a room ready. I left to find other lodging. A week later, a charge showed up on our credit card for my "stay"! This is not a hotel -- it appears to be a homeless shelter or has some other agreement with the city for housing vagrants, as I was later informed by friends who live in the area.

Shocking

We left the property and went to hyatt downtown and an extra cost to myself. Can't believe booking.com would have this on their site There were people going through the bins, and reception staff were not professional at all. The pictures on site are nothing like what you get.the bed did not look as if it had been cleaned and the furniture had not been cleaned for a very long time.

Great staff and extremely budget friendly.

I love the location of the property. It is located right off the highway and you’re able to access any expressway exchange to get around the city.

My only concern was that due to a water pipe break during the extreme freeze a week or so prior the hotel sprinkler system and the computer in the business center were inoperable. An issue of little significance any other time was the lack of ice on New Year’s Eve. However, overall the stay was very pleasant and the front desk staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

Don't do it!!!

This hotel did not offer breakfast and if they did I would not feel safe eating there. The hotel is close to downtown, that's the only positive.

The facility is in bad condition. The pictures did not match the description. The lobby have holes in the ceilings and is unkept. The room had an odor and the bed sheets were stained. There is alot of homeless people outside walking around. Which I understand is not the hotel fault, but there is no security. There is also a big sign saying that the hotel is not at fault for theft or break-ins. Although I was not able to get my money back, I refused to stay the night. I did not want to risk bed bugs.

Good location but no hot water & blinds wouldn't close

The convenience of getting downtown easily was very nice. The staff were friendly.

I couldn't shower because the water never got hot enough. Also, the blinds wouldn't close. The room had a lot of wear and tear.

Pleasant

Some of the staff was extremely helpful and considerate. Beverages and snacks were offered upon my arrival. The breakfast provided was very good. The water pressure was very good.

A package was left for me at the front desk and when I arrived and it was missing never to be found. Some of the staff acted concerned and tried to help find my package and the rest of Staff acted as if I was bothering them. The night manager spent about an hour trying to get our television to work. He left word for it to be fixed and it was never resolved throughout our entire stay. The hotel room was clean except for finding a live roach in the bathroom

Awful. Should have slept in our car.

This location in and out has to be refurbished from top to bottom. Bugs everywhere. Dirty. Filthy shower curtain. No cold water. Room in general was dirty. Had to sleep in our clothes.

Everything. Had no choice after driving all day. Totally exhausted. Will not recommend Quality Inn.
