Unit Layout
The apartment is a spacious 6-room unit spanning 250 square meters across two levels. It has been partly renovated in 2023, offering a comfortable and romantic ambiance. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a dining table, leading to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There's also a shower room with a bidet and toilet. The upper floor features a large living/dining area with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and a TV (flat screen). This level also provides access to a balcony. The apartment boasts four bedrooms, two of which have double beds (160 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. One room has two beds, while another room has a double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and an ensuite shower room with a bidet and toilet. There's an additional kitchen on this floor, complete with a toaster, kettle, freezer, and a combination microwave, as well as another shower room with a bidet and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with gas heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating (heating is available only from October 15th to April 15th). The floors are made of natural stone, adding to the charm. Outside, you'll find a balcony, a large garden, and a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. The property offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and free WiFi internet access.
