enjoyed my stay. staff are lovely and close to everything.

close to Robinson manila. staff pleasant and courteous. rooms clean and tidy.

breakfast ( included) needs a little more imagination. breakfast staff a little bit slow in doing their job. refilling of foods takes to long and refill of coffee urn didn’t happen.

Good stopover hotel in Ermita on the way to Puerto Galera

Good location in the heart of Ermita. there is the Sikat bus/ferry desk inside the hotel, connection to Puerto Galera, Mindoro return ticket for 2900php. March 2023

The room checkit before guests come and make it clean and the smell and dust bedlinen have something itchy sorry good to tell so the hotel knows what happened to your hotel know and before many times I stay to business trip many friends I take room there but so clean now I cannot imagine what I see and smell hoping some day when I came back all room will be clean and now worry to dust and smell thanks 👍

in short the room was quite comfortable very good location

staff as always very helpful and friendly

There has been many changes within the hotel ..( have been using the hotel for over eight years ) some not for the best ..started to charge for leaving luggage ..breakfast very limited…reception area ..all sofas have been removed …also booking in/out could do with some improvement…far too much unnecessary paperwork taking / waiting for quite awhile if booking in/out …and prices of the hotel has risen quite sharply

Desappointed.

The location is good, staff is correct, bedroom is clean, bathroom is good.

The breakfast is really poor (no eggs in continental BF, only bread, no fruits. The aircon is balancing all the time, so it's cold then it stop, then when it's hot it starts again and too cold. We got sore throat in the morning. No window in the room. The price on booking appears like 2500 pesos, but we got it for 4300 The bed was moving. We really didn't sleep good.

The location. Great hotel just sad to see there do not do there great breakfast, due to Covid-19. Hopefully it will be back soon. 🙏

Breakfast food choices mostly Filipino food, so my husband has to order ala carte instead of having their buffet breakf

Near to Museums and other touristic areas

Counter staffs sometimes inconsiderate..requested for late checked out around 3 pm cause my flight is at night, they always tell we will call you and confirm but they never call. Washrooms are not clean, old toilet sits.

It was ok at best.....

No free airport shuttle - no rooms with Queen beds only twins.....very limited options - especially if you are traveling with large families then you charge for additional bodies - crazy...guess you need your money somehow. Just seems the hotel industry has changed here in the PI from what I remember - I am a hotel manager and understand the business - things seem to have gone down in my opinion over the years.
