Great stay, superb location, mostly everything went smooth, few things might be improved.

Great location, probably the best in the town. Breakfast was amazing, decent choice of dishes. Real nice pool area with direct access to the beach. Saunas in the SPA room were great, especially in rainy days. People on reception and the other staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned regularly and were in a good shape. Even tho we haven't got the sea view the city and garden view from our room were super nice. Hotel style and decorations were on a high level, felt almost like in museum, lots of luxury and quite a few places to calmly sit and enjoy.

Minor: I'd say that SPA area needs more ventilation, it wasn't too bad, but definitely lacks fresh air especially closer to the pool. The bigger jacuzzi had sand in it, which wasn't cleaned for several days, again it wasn't end of the world but we weren't using that one for obvious reasons. What felt a bit off is the room sound isolation, we could hear all the talks and the noise from our neighbours room, but that was quickly sorted and we were moved to a different room.No drinking water in the room and nowhere to refill it in the hotel, you can buy it from the mini bar but the prices weren't reasonable at all.

Es hat uns extrem gut gefallen und wir werden noch lange von unserem Aufenthalt dort schwärmen!

Das Hotel bietet eine perfekte Lage an einem kleineren, überschaubarem und landschaftlich reizvollen Strand. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gediegen und luxuriös. Unser Zimmer bot einen seitlichen Meerblick mit Balkon. Es hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen und wir können das Hotel nur besten Gewissens weiter mpfehlen!

Es ist schwierig, etwas Negatives zu finden. Wenn man empfindlich sein will, dann könnte einen wohl der recht grobkörnige Sand am Strand stören. Wenn man unbedingt ein ausschweifendes Nachtleben mit vielen Clubs und Discos möchte, wird man an diesem Strand von Lloret del Mar auch etwas enttäuscht sein.

Perfect place to stay in Costa Brava!

Location, old-school vibe, multiple beautiful outdoor spaces, the saunas in the spa, and great service.

If you have mobility issues or require facilities for people with disabilities, this is not for you. Lots of stairs to get in and around the property.

Le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et de bons produits. La piscine de bonne taille La mer juste en face de l'hôtel avec la plage à la porte de l'hôtel Le cadre et la décoration d'ambiance marine légèrement "old style" Le personnel très serviable La zone de détente avec spa et sauna La présence du parking

Le prix très élevé pour le restaurant Le manque de petits post-it pour prendre des notes alors qu'il y a des stylos disponibles en quantité La musique parfois un peu forte à la piscine Le manque d'une brosse pour les WC

Estancia para relajar

El hotel tiene unas vistas increibles, esta justo pegado al mar. Tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar alli con música directo inesperado totalmente. El mismo hotel te ofrece toallas y acceso a la playa directo. El desayuno es muy completo también. En general muy bien.

Quizá la zona de piscina interior, esta bien, pero se nota que no esta tan nueva.

Sensacional na praia de Fenals!! Super recomendo!!!

De tudo. Pé na areia, frontal mar, praia de Fenals é linda! Hotel super chique, decoração impecável, clássica, sofás chester field, cheiroso, móveis clássicos de madeira. Piscina maravilhosa, jacuzzi com vista, café da manhã nem se fala! Quarto ótimo, com varanda. Impecável.

Gostei de tudo. Faria apenas duas sugestões: chuveiro de teto no banheiro (brasileiro não curte muito duchinha manual, embora na Europa seja comum), e o bar com um barman full time disponível. A menina do bar tinha que se desdobrar em fazer o drinks e servir, o que tornava o serviço um pouco lento. Mas nada que desabone.

Месторасположение просто идеальное. Большой бассейн, джакузи, выдаются полотенца. Завтраки обильные и вкусные, а каталонский творог просто бесподобен с апельсиновым варением. Ну и шампанское по утрам на завтрак как без этого. Спасибо! Очень услужливый и приветливый персонал. Паркинг автомобилю под навесами очень пригодиться в солнечные дни. Рядом огромный пляж с баром и лежаками.

Вроде есть сделаный ремонт, но как то попахивает стариной.

Magnifique hôtel idéalement situé. Excellent confort.

Emplacement idéal

Début mai, La piscine extérieure avait 19 degrés alors qu’elle était annoncée chauffée. Pour le prix, il pourrait ajouter quelques petites attentions (fontaine d’eau dans le hall, boîte de mouchoir dans la salle de bain, un petit chocolat ou biscuit à l’arrivée dans la chambre etc)

Så trevlig personal överallt, har aldrig ätit på en sådan god restaurang! Världsklass på både mat och dryck. Hotellet ligger helt fantastiskt. Lyx lyx lyx !!!

Superb

Excellent location just on the beach but also a with very good pool, great rooms, easy parking, very good breakfast. Very clean and very helpful staff. A really good quality hotel. Not at all cheap but you get quality for your money and we would certainly stay here again.

Nothing to complain about. Room cleaning was very thorough but often a bit later than ideal especially if you wanted a siesta after going to swim.

Location would be great except for the tacky places which are now all around the hotel. Such a shame.

Although it was clearly a luxury hotel at one time, it seems to be rated on its history rather than its current setup. It is more 4* at best, not 5* sadly. The spa area is in need of refurbishment. Services can be inconsistent and sometimes done begrudgingly, although some staff are delightful. Not sure where the issues lie but perhaps the hotel needs to invest and up its game if it wants to be 5* and charge high rates for accommodation, food and drinks.

Rooms very old fashioned. Maintenance not too good. Shower head loose. Air conditioning not working - only a fan which was fine for now but not in mid summer. Room cleaning service erratic. Water in minibar not replaced on several occasions.

special occasion. Classical Mediterranean hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful walking the beaches and the pathways between

classical Mediterranean hotel. Built in the 50s and still has that look and feel of elegance and tradition. The staff was awesome. Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and people went out of their way to share our joy.

nothing specifically. I thought it was well-kept, clean, and a beautiful location right on the Mediterranean sea. What’s not to like about any of that?!
