Exceed my expectations. Off the charts service.

All the meals were amazing. Better than the meals, was the staff from reception to the cleaning staff with no exception. Quite and nice location. Great experience, a place to always be back.

The overall holiday and service was so nice and friendly, that even if I could spot something less good, I would forget even before I could ever remember.

Very “meh” hotel - wouldn’t come back any time soon.

The breakfast was great but lunch and dinner were very disappointing. The reception staff were great as well as the bar staff. The pool bar was always stocked and quick to get service at.

The restaurant staff were very rude. Telling us we can’t sit in certain places despite others sat there. Reserving 6-8 person tables for the 3 staff using the restaurant but can’t then accommodate for larger groups. They were also very slow at clearing tables so you would have to ask for assistance so you could find a table they would allow you to site at. The food at lunch and dinner was the same everyday and very very poor. I’ve stayed at 3* hotels with FAR superior food selection. The food as ALWAYS cold even when brought out from the kitchen. A lot of the rooms are all relatively close to the poolside and bar and so noise until the early hours made it hard to get a good nights sleep. The hotel is not near any shops/restaurants etc despite it saying it is on the website there is a spar across the road for water etc but no where to go grab a drink outside the hotel.

The food I think was a disgrace for the money we paid. Same thing every day and was unappealing to look at.

Exceptional

Hotel was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff are amazing they will go above and beyond to help you with anything during your stay. Plenty of choice for breakfast, dinner and tea! Always something different to choose from.

The only negative I experienced was their check-in, the late time of 3pm. I understand they have a lot of rooms to attend but after 18hrs of travelling I just wanted to get some sleep.

Modern and clean hotel with good pool area and nice rooms.

It's a bit too far from the action so a taxi is needed to head into town or where the night life is. Taxis seem ro be hard to come across where the hotel is too.

for the money spent this was a decent hotel

we were not overly impressed with the overall cleanliness and just the general set up. for example when we first arrived my girlfriend went to the toilet to find it was covered in poo.

Forget about all inclusive

The price was good. £450 per person for a weeks accommodation on ibiza. From the staff Ocsar at reception is an excellent member of staff. In general reception staff were very good.

Overall the food was poor. Breakfast was the best meal. Lunch and dinner not good. Most hot food was generally cold. The Snack bar was completely uninviting food wise and the drinks not good either soft or alcoholic. Total lack of customer care especially from most of the snack bar staff was extremely poor.

Lovely and relaxing stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay for a third time

Plenty of sun loungers throughout the day. Good availability of food, which was of a good standard.

We had a room which was right next to the left which was noisy at times

Fine

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and pool area was clean.

There was a lot of choice at the self service restaurant, however the quality of food was appalling. We paid all inclusive however we had to go out to eat in the evening time. The room was ok standard but it would need refreshed and painted.

Exceptional

The facilities were excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food was great. So much to choose from and changes daily. The Entertainment team were fabulous! Great atmosphere! recommended!

Wouldn't recommend

Staff were friendly, but not much else good about this hotel

- We had two rooms booked, both were mouldy and we had to be moved to new rooms. - Location is pretty bad, quite difficult to get taxi's to playa den bosa (30 min trip) no bus. There was a bus to San Antonio but that's also 20 minute trip. - Everyone is packed in and sit by the pool all day drinking out of paper cups, not what I imagined when looking at the photos on booking. - Dirty plates at breakfast and quality of food was quite poor

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel grounds were kept nice and the pool area was just big enough.

Unless you were 'All inclusive' there was no lunch or dinner dining options. Breakfast was ok but quite limited.
