Good value for money

Nice clean and quiet. Nice walk into surfers. Nice shower with good pressure. Spacious balcony. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to be able to cook own meals.

The dryer didnt work well, kept cutting out, or just making the clothes hot without drying. We stayed a week so getting the towels dry was an issue. But staff did give us clean ones when we asked.

Location Nice apartment

Not a big deal but it wasn’t particularly well cleaned. Nothing big, just one of the towels was dirty and the fridge wasn’t really clean

This was our 3rd time staying at Paradise Isle, and sadly, this last visit disappointed us a bit.

- Great location, right in the heart of Goldcoast, central to everything - Quiet environment, great for relaxing - Nice hot spa, perfect for winter - Very secured carpark - Easy check in/check out - Provided basic amenities like toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder

- Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was sagging in some areas. - There was no dining table & chairs, so we had to drag the furnitures from the veranda every time we eat. - Bathroom had no air vent, there’s a window but we dont want to open the blinds as the neighbours can see you clearly - There was also no door or curtain on the shower, so water was everywhere - The spa was turned off at 7pm, even though we were still on it but sign says until 9pm.

the lady at reception I never got her name but it was her birthday during our stay was so helpful and very friendly to talk to, she helped on directions for the train and was just pleasant to talk to, the bathroom was a good size and the kitchen appliances worked all perfect. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was a great bonus too.

the other receptionist wasn’t as pleasant to talk to, very abrupt felt like she was just there for her job but when you have a reception and walk past it every day she should at least smile

good for young travelers or those on a budget

it was close to chevron shops but a little too far walk to surfers

it is very tired. carpet was tattered. curtain hooks missing. it needs some much needed TLC to bring up to todays standards. but the price did reflect this mostly

Pretty much everything was good.

Proximity, very near to Surfer Paradise and other attractions.

After hours service, was not available. Very hard to get any additional thing after 5 pm.

It was a relaxing and action packed stay.

It was close to surfers Paradise beach , Watersports and shopping. The pool and spa were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the wire door on our patio was hard to open and the washing machine was loud but all in all it was good.

The location is always great here. My 5th or 6th stay at Paradise Isles. I love it. Pool Spa and 5 mins to everything. Top notch

Paradise Isles, great budget-friendly hotel

We loved the pool, the ease of reaching transport and getting to the main attractions. Shops were just up the road which helped a lot. Staff were also friendly and helpful with our questions. Also, the bed linen and pillows were soft and comfy.

The double bed and sofa-bed weren't the most comfortable, the sofa-bed being especially stiff, and this did leave some minor muscle ache in parts.

good position, nice heated pool, nice spa, underground parking

not enough things like tea, coffee and sugar provided. not enough Toilet paper, had to ask for more after one day which was provided

The staff were really nice and friendly. Security cameras all around the building to keep is safe. Customer service. The pool and the spa.

Time management, especially on the first day checking in. I had to wait 40 minutes for one of the staff to check me in and give a key to the room.

A peaceful place to stay if you still wish to do hard chores during your stay!

I liked the facilities like the kitchen and laundry. Location is peaceful. Near the shops and a short walk to Surfers Paradise. Foxtel was good. Heater/air-cond. good and good view.

I would like staff to operate every day and at extended hours. Example 7am-11pm Mon-Sun. I know it's a 3-star property, but I would like the rooms to be cleaned at least every 2 days of my accommodation, bins and cleaning products replaced etc. I felt like I was the housekeeper everyday. Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor and slow, thankfully there's Foxtel. Staff could be better with customer service handling. And at least let first time guests know that there are no lift services. I stayed on the top floor and was forced to carry my heavy luggage by myself with no help of any kind with 3 levels of stairs. I was furious about that! Please put shelves or caddies in the showers!
