In general the property is nice and has all the amenities necessary for a short stay.

It’s spacious and in a perfect location.

There’s not dish soap and only one towel for the kitchen. The coffee maker and the washer machine didn’t work. I had to call the owner because I never received the information of how to check in.

Good location, comfortable, cleanliness could be improved

Good location and bedding.

Kitchen utensils and the oven were very dirty, and the kitchen itself is not clean. No dish washer tabs were provided.

Apartment would be awesome to stay for people who have no to few luggage.

You are literally on Petit Venice - an iconic attraction in colmar. The property is huge for 3 people and the appliances are vintage and modern at the same time - loved that! where can I get the refrigerator? hahaha

I booked this knowing that I'd have to climb stairs. Indeed there were narrow stairs and for our family we had 5 luggage. This was very difficult but the pros weigh more than the cons for me:)

Great location and clean place

The communication was easy with the renter. They told us where to find the key. Appartment was clean and you can't beat the location. Be sure you can climb some steep stairs. The apartment has the alsatian charm. I would most definitely stay there again.

Nothing. Bathroom is spacious and clean and our stay was quiet.

The place was in a great lock close to restaurant and shops. The apartmen is very spacious.

The shower needs a door. No privacy. No hot water, the weather was cold and it was uncomfortable. The bed really needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.

Superb

great location, super cozy apartment right in the historic center. it has all you need to have a lovely stay!

as the building is old, you can hear a bit the other neighbours. also, the windows didn’t have anything to block the sun to enter in the morning. but I would definitely stay here again :)

The location is good, parking is 5 min walk from the apartment

The apartment is in very bad shape. the maintenance is very poor. everything you touch is almost falling out like sockets or handles. The door of the wardrobe is broken, so we could not use it. Bathroom is very small, you see a lot of dust

Excellent location. Very clean. Fans for the hot weather.

No soap for the shower. No soap for the washing machine. The kitchen had only salt, pepper and coffee. No tea, no olive oil: these are minimums. Overall impression: clinical and serviceable but not generous.

Amazing location right in the middle of old town, putting you in the middle of everything.

Absolutely brilliant location for Colmar, right in the old town. A lovely view over the canal and right across from the market. Great restaurants close by. The location cant be beaten. The flat was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed for the stay.

Wonderful experience

Great location and wonderful view. We were a bit hesitant since there is no private parking, but the parking recommended by the owner is reaaly 5 minutes of scenic walking. Highly recommended!

Superb

The location is fantastic. Really in the historical center, with view on the channel. Typical, ancient , traditional house. I repeat, fantastic. Two rooms and living room. We liked the accommodation. Very friendly the host. To consider that, being a traditional house, it is accessible with stairs, in wood, almost Elycoidal. If one has heavy luggage to carry, this should be kept in mind.

Great location and price

The location is amazing. The price is unbeatable. The bed was comfy and the apartment was huge. The kitchen was well designed and had everything we needed except bowls - there are only two small bowls but several large plate shaped bowls.

The apartment completely lacks any sort of charm. The heating had a mind of its own - was too hot when we arrived so we turned it down at the crank, and then it wouldn't come back on. The bathroom sink faucets felt like they were going to fall apart and only one worked. The host does not evidently communicate via booking.com - you must call to arrange key pick up, which was fine and went smoothly. Parking was a little challenging and much luck is required to park on Rue Turenne. But we found a space and then the apartment can be reached quite quickly through the back alley. The wifi only worked in the living room but the signal there is strong.

Overall, because of the location I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to other

Communicating with the owner was very easy. She responded quickly and met me to give me the keys quickly. Location was excellent and the room had everything we needed

While the room was great it was very bare-bones, would have felt more homey if there were some decorations but there were none. Also the shower door was difficult and kept coming off track.

Very good location

Just next to Colmar center area. Everywhere is in walking distance. Well equipped.

I thought there is a parking but in fact you need to use a public parking which is about 10-15min on foot. I stayed on exceptionally a hot day and had difficulty sleeping well.

Good location. Double bed was comfort (hard mattress).

The electric equipment （lamp switch, ceil lamp circuit）looks dangeous. No bed sheet, only a coverlid on the mattress.
