Will strongly consider for my next business or holiday stay.

Location - walking distance from many restaurants and city centre. Also self-laundry washing machines are a positive. And near train station. My request for Iron & Ironing board was provided.

Toilet - bathroom floor does not drain water readily. And white stains on the floor.

Reception staff was amazing and one of them could speak English which was very helpful. Location was great and close to so many places to eat and it’s all within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Excellent hotel option in Cheonan

Very nice hotel in Cheonan. Comfortable and clean room - includes large TV and clothes ironing facilities. Excellent breakfast and dining options Friendly and helpful staff Several shops in the streets close by

Disappointing, particularly given Shilla brand

Location was convenient

Rooms and overall hotel were extremely disappointing. Rooms were hot and the a/c did not cool or control humidity. The wallpaper was lifting off the walls in both rooms we booked. The linens smelled excessively of bleach. Staff were unpleasant and hotel was generally unkept.

Always the general experience in this hotel chain is nice. There could be some small things that you are not 100% satisfied, but I'd rather choose this hotel than other brands of hotel.

It would have been nicer if there were enough space in parking lot. There wasn't unfortunately, so we should park our car a bit away from the hotel and walk all the way through the street which is full of nightlife. If you have kids, this might not be pleasant experience.

Comfortable, felt like being at home

Room gown was very comfortable, clean sheets, bathroom, my stay was too short

Location was a bit strange, the back part of the hotel had many motels. Extra pay for the parking was not necessary.

Breakfast was good. The view was great. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was worn out. Stains on the white wall, damaged lamp (which is the main decoration), bathroom door was cracked on the bottom, sofa has to be cleaned. We complained but nothing was offered for us except for the room with the view to the building, of course we rejected, it was fully booked. But I think the high class hotel like Shilla could at least offer us a free meal or something else to make us less disappointed :( When you pay 200,000 won per 2 nights you expect to be at least satisfied.

I most pay to use the hotel car parking. Old furniture in the room. Cleaning service was not good ( removing the towels and slippers without replacement in second day of my stay)
