Apartamento em localização TERRÍVEL

Não fiquei no apartamento. E já reclamei com a assistência do booking. O apartamento não condiz com o que escreve. O quarto não tem ar condicionado por exemplo. Mas o pior é a localização. Terrível, na pior rua de Palermo em termos de violência segundo pesquisamos após chegar. Tudo sujo caindo aos pedaços. Infelizmente não há nenhuma referência quanto a isso. Estava com meus filhos e não tive coragem de ficar. Para dar um só exemplo da peruculosidade ali: quando vi como era resolvi não ficar e ali mesmo busquei e comprei no Booking um hotel. Acontece que após fazer isso meu cartão foi clonado (no booking? ou alguém por ali que estava captando as informações? Acho isso mais provável pois nunca tivemos problemas no booking) e meu prejuízo que espero que não se concretize passa dos 1000 dólares. NÃO FIQUEM NESSE LOCAL... Espero poder recuperar meu prejuízo. Espero que o booking verifique o que aqui foi dito.

Localização terrível. Lugar violento e extremamente inseguro. Sem ar nos quartos o que no calor de Palermo seria insuportável. Digo seria porque não fiquei.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης! Δίπλα ακριβώς από τον κεντρικό σταθμό και τις βασικές οδούς για τα αξιοθέατα! Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Την τελευταία μέρα μας κράτησαν και τις βαλίτσες δωρεάν για 12 ώρες! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Ήμασταν δύο οικογένειες από 7 άτομα και το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει τουαλέτα σε κάθε κρεβατοκάμαρα, μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο και όλες τις ανέσεις! Μπράβο Ρομπέρτο και Έβελυν! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

Perfect spot in the old town centre

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay and to make you feel comfortable, and the surroundings may be a bit noisy, but the accommodation is in a very quiet backyard. Lovely spot in the old town centre!! Thanks, Evelyn, for receiving us

Endroit absolument fantastique où séjourner à Palerme

Le propriétaire est très chaleureux et prévenant. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville, le stationnement est facile et la plupart des monuments historiques sont accessibles à pied. Le marché de rue Mercato Ballaro se trouve à seulement 100 mètres. L‘appartement est spacieux et calme, joliment décoré, dispose de nombreuses livres et guides touristiques, le salon et la cuisine sont grands (petit-déjeuner inclus), les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes les chambres sont équipées de salles de bains indépendantes et de gel de douche fournie

Hem estat molt confortables i a gust. Repetiriem

Molt bonic i espaiós per dins. Situat en una zona de contrastos interessant. Dona a un pati interior i no se senten sorolls del carrer. Des de la finestra es veia una cúpula i era molt bonic.

Ens van comentar que la zona era perillosa a la nit, ens va costar trobar les claus

Oserei dire: perfetta!

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: la casa è in pieno centro, la proprietaria ci è venuta incontro sull'orario di check-in ed in modo rapido abbiamo visto la casa e ricevuto le chiavi. La casa era perfetta, pulita e spaziosa ad un prezzo fortemente vantaggioso (all'occorrenza inoltre la proprietaria ci ha lasciato tempo ulteriore al check-out del giorno dopo). In caso dovessi tornare prenderò quasi sicuramente lo stesso appartamento se disponibile

Horrible

We never made it to this location. The GPS was wrong. Although the owner told us it would be wrong, he did nothing to assist us in getting to the property. We called and he refused to meet us to show us how to get to the property. It was a very unsafe neighborhood. After driving around for an hour, we left and went to another place. Very disappointing. I have asked for a refund and it was refused.

Everything could have been better. I would advise people not to book at this location.

The best, large apartment in Palermo.

Just wish we had more than one night here. Fabulous apartment, generous host, great location. Everything top notch. Really appreciated being able to store luggage in another empty apartment so we could wander, after our early morning flight. Traditional Ballaro market just down the road, which was brilliant. Everything fantastic.

Perla nascosta

Posizione centralissima in un palazzo storico nel cuore di Ballarò. Appartamento nuovo e pulito e con piccoli accorgimenti utili per il soggiorno come acqua in frigo pastine per la colazione e prodotti per il bagno Non abbiamo incontrato la proprietaria ma è stata sempre reperibile al telefono e super disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza. Davvero soddisfatti!

Forse poco insonorizzato ma comunque nel limite dell'accettabile

Appartamento da 10 e lode!

Camere grandi, pulite, arredate con gusto. Non manca nulla. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, docce spaziose. Tutto in ordine e nuovo. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Todo muy bien, vino la dueña a darnos la llaves, y nos permitieron dejar las maletas, muy atenta y nos dejó agua y algunos dulces, encantadora. Volvería sin duda. Además muy céntrico para ir a todos lados.

The accomodation looked nice and was clean and was well equipped

AC was only in one bedroom. In the description it says there is a free parking. But flat is in the ZTL. Which meant that we needed to buy ZTL pass. Which we did not know in the advance. Also navigation won't get you to the flat location

Very good

Evelin was a wonderful host who met us at the apartment. The apartment had everything we required. Water and snacks for arrival was a lovely touch. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The market is just steps from the apartment which was brilliant. I would highly recommend the apartment. Very close walking distance to the train /bus station too

Probably the best place we could have chosen for a short and unexpected stay in palermo. Would totally recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and clean interior, helpful and responsive owners, cold water in the fridge and welcome snacks ☺️

A bit harder to find but the owners spoke English so they quickly navigated us around ☺️

Who loves history: you are staying in the palace of Thomas Oneto, principe di St. Lorenz. The apartment is in the inner courtyard, in a historical element. The apartment itself is fantastic. beautifully decorated, in a modern style with traditional elements, safe. Bathrooms well designed and practical. The kitchen is large, equipped with all the necessary things. Everything you need for your stay is provided in the apartment. Many thanks to the hosts for their kindness and all the information. For any recommendation...

Get in touch with the host in advance, so that they can tell you which way to get to the apartment, especially if you are coming by car. Google does not know how to bring you to that address!!! Dear Evelin, thank you for your help.

Amazing find! We hope to go back.

The apartment was really spacious and quiet considering it is in a very central location nearest possible to the Ballarò street market. Our host helped us find the apartment and parking for our two rental cars on the street. Everything was clean, lighting was great, huge kitchen, living space and spacious rooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

Fantastic, large apartment in the heart of Palermo.

Fantastic, large, modern apartment right in heart of Palermo. Three comfortable bed rooms, all en suite. Large sitting/dining kitchen. Fully equipped and very clean. Small balcony at front and at rear with table and 2 chairs. Extremely helpful host who checked in with us during our week stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Left us fruit and croissants which was very appreciated. Literally steps from Ballero market and easy walking to all major attractions. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ignore the scaffolding at entrance, they seem to be renovating other flats. Did not disturb us but a bit off putting when you first arrive.

Palermo was the most “real” place we visited in Italy. It was a great trip!

very clean, bright, comfortable. The owners directed us to a place to eat.

We weren’t sure what to expect after walking through some rough looking alleys to get there. the apt., however, was great! And we quickly became used to the alleys.

Exceptional

Roberto was really helpful and reachable when we arrived late in Palermo. The holiday apartment was located in ZTL zone and Roberto was so kindly to get us 2 days of driving activation as we rent a car to there. On the day we left he even did a quite early activation for us. The parking is just in front of the house and it is free. He even prepared a welcome fruit for us. The apartment location was superb as walking distance to most of the historical momuments.

Check in and check out was very convenient. The recommendations and tips from our host were fantastic. The apartment is very close to Ballarò market and all other spots.

The apartment was very warm. An AC could help a lot to improve the stay.

Great place and value!

The property was clean and the hosts were there to greet use hem we arrived and hand us the keys. The location was close to the historic sites and bus and train station; ten minute walk to Palermo Centrale.

Honestly, just adding one complimentary container of clothes wash detergent would’ve been appreciated. Adding a window AC unit would’ve made the property easy more comfortable in the hot nights instead of a circulating fan. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Everything was perfect

Appartment was perfect. Big space, three bathrooms, large living room. Host was amazing. We got extra water and fruits. Near traditional market. Good accessibility from train station (also from airport). Fully recommended.
