Villa Baia Azzurra is in the beautiful bay of Fontane Bianche, just in front of the beach - three (3) meters from the turquoise sea of Sicily. Its strong point is the really short distance from the sea, which gives you a corner of paradise.
Villa Baia Azzurra is made up of 4 independent and equipped apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are the advantages of the villa. Each apartment, which can host 4 people, is independent. The villa has a central location - close to the sea (ONLY 3 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH) but also to bars, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy and bus stop. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday: cross the street and you will be on the beach! You can choose from:
- TRAMONTO (first floor with sea view: dining room - kitchen, living room with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- AURORA (first floor with sea view: dining room - kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- BREZZA MARINA (ground floor: open space with living room - kitchen with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- ALBA (ground floor: open space with living room - kitchen with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower).

* THE PRICE IN THE QUOTE IS REFERRED TO ONE (1) SINGLE APARTMENT.

• On arrival it is required a security deposit which will be given you back during your check-out, after the check of the apartments and any potential damage.
• The keys will be given to the guests after the full payment balance.
• Order, respect and care of our accommodation is what we ask for and we are sure to receive from our guests. It is required a respectful use of both internal and common spaces. The guests are responsible for order, tidy and cleanliness of the accomodation. As a holiday home, the guests have to clean and tidy the apartment/s during the stay and take away the garbage from the apartment.
• No smoking at home.
• It is forbidden to organize parties or events.
• Check-in and check-out with the host.
• Initial and final cleaning service included in the rental price.
• Bed and bath linen provided.
• No changing linen during your stay. It can be requested by guests as extra service.
• No daily housekeeping service. If you want an extra cleaning, it can be requested as extra service.
• Villa Baia Azzurra is a holiday home, so BREAKFAST OR OTHER MEALS ARE NOT SERVED.
• Energy balance calculated at the end of the stay (one energy-counter for each apartment).
• You can timely ask to bring your pet (small and medium size) with a daily charge.

SERVICES:
• free Wi-Fi; • private free parking inside the villa for each single apartment to park your car in front of your accommodation; • outdoor showers to clean up from sand and salt when you go from the beach to the villa; • hot-cold air conditioning with autonomous regulation in each apartment; • ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen; • TV; • bed linen and towels provided (no bed and bath linen change, unless specifically requested by guests); • cleaning service at the beginning and at the end of the stay (if requested, you will also have the possibility of mid-stay cleaning service; • washing machine (one for each apartment); • ironing board and iron; • hair dryer; • luggage storage; • small picnic barbecue (upon request); • beach umbrella (upon request); • sea towels rental (upon request); • baby cradle and high chair for your babies (upon request).

The Apartment was perfect and the location and the view was amazing. I can really recommend this Little Pearl. The landlady Mariateresa was the sweetest and made our stay even more fantastic.

Amazing brand new apartment on a beautiful beach - Fontaine Bianche. We stayed in 1 of 4 apartments in a large home on the Main Street in Fontaine Bianche. It was recently renovated and had brand new kitchen, bath et. It was very clean, secure and had comfortable beds. The large balcony overlooking the water is breathtaking. You could spend all day and night sitting here looking at the beach and view. Easy walking distance to bar/cafe/pizzeria. Mariateresa was super friend quick to respond and flexible with arrival and departure times. Great value for money. I would love to stay here again! Thank you
