Good

The location is perfect. A view to the sea and a three minute walk to the beach.

The house needs some maintenance. The rolling shutter broke in the down position. The handle on the bathroom door fell off. It is not easy to cook in the kitchen. Very few pans and utensils.

Excelent location,comfortable appartment,pleasant owners

Everything was very good and coincide with description and photos in booking. Excelent location -amazing view from balcony and just several steps from beach. Appartment is very comfortable-two separate rooms and two bathrooms ,big terrace,private parking on territory,clean and a lot of pleasant details- shampoo and shower gel in bathroom,washing suuplies for kitchen . Very pleasant owners- father and son,who contact us by phone immediately after the booking and meet us and explain everything in details,also left water and juice for us in fridge. Thank you:)

Just some small details- as some side smell in wardrobe and not too convinient singe bed ,but that compensated by many positive stuffs. And if it's vacation house,not for living,so for this is perferct.

A really nice place to stay near the sea. Thank you.

The facilities, the wonderful sea view. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach is lovely. There’s a nice bread shop 5 mins walk away. Handy for the train station (to Syracuse or to Noto). Owners very helpful. Lovely balcony and views of the sea.

Great location situated close to the beach. The interior of this first floor property is spacious and airy with good outside balconies and ample seating. Private secure parking
