Satisfied

Awesome location

It's good 😊, but could use a few small things fixed, but nothing of real importance. The owner could send a few pictures of how to locate the apartment, because it wasn't that easy

Unconventional and interesting

The accommodation was excellently located. In the middle of the old town of Santo Domingo and therefore many sights can be reached on foot. The owner was very friendly, helpful and reliable. I would stay there again!!!

After initial problems everything was fixed and I enjoyed my stay. If there were any problems, the owner was always on hand to fix them.

The building is very dirty and also the apartment has seen better days.

Clean, quiet and good value.

Freddy the host was very helpful, and even picked me up at the airport for about 1/2 of the cost of a taxi. The apartment was clean, quiet, the air conditioning works, and it is only steps away from Calle El Conde, the main walk street through the Colonial Zone.

It’s okay. I rented the room with balcony and Miguel was always ready to assist.

For me the location is the best. Right there in Calle Conde

Too much doors to open to get your room. But if you like to feel safe and secure that wont be a problem.

A great place to stay.

Everything was great about our stay here. Miguel checked us in and was the most welcoming and friendly host we could ever have had. He was even kind enough to give us one of his beers when my girlfriend accidentally dropped and shattered hers. The apartment isn’t big but the price is very reasonable considering the location- you literally step out of the door onto the walking street in Zona Colonial. I would most definitely book this place again if I come back to visit the area again.

Very central location, convenient stay.

Host very helpful and flexible. It is a basic accomodation in the middle of the city, good strategic spot for sightseeing. We were two and stayed one night. There is a kitchen, balcony, aircon. Simple but clean, probably a bit small for a longer stay.

The furnishings made the apartment enjoyable

The room was actually a whole apartment, I wasn't expecting that, and how beautiful the room and view was from the balcony made me not want to leave

Exceptional

Miguel was very helpful and also polite, his great command of English helped as my Spanish skills are still developing!

Honestly for what it provides, together with the price, service and location I would struggle to find any real criticism.
