Really not impressed with this place and will not go back. Far to expensive for what you get

Reception area was very impressive, friendly receptionist and booking in process went well. We had warm water to shower

We stayed in room 39. The fridge in the room was on but not cold, it kept going back to 17 degrees. The door handle was loose but at least we could still close and lock the door. The lower right side of the mirror in the bathroom was broken and gone. The shades of the bedside lamps were dented. Mould on the shower ceiling. No extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom, my husband had to walk to the reception at 22:30 to fetch another roll of toilet paper. We also could not get the aircon to work. we then wanted to open a window and saw there was no handles on the bedroom windows, we just pushed it open. Breakfast on Sunday morning, the dining area is very nice and neat. Food was served in silver chaffing dishes, BUT THE FOOD WAS COLD. The knob that you turn to get Muesli from the container was gone so at the end we lifted the top lid and used a spoon to get some muesli. The coffee pot was empty and we had to ask them to refill the pot.

Oké voor een nacht, snel weer door

Hotel met potentie. Mooi ingericht. Ruime hotelkamer. Schoon en lekker bed. Prachtige tuin. Ontbijt voldoende.

Badkamer niet fris door schimmel. Kapotte douchekop, waardoor alles zeiknat werd. Zwembad zag er vies uit. Jammer. Met wat meer aandacht en onderhoud kan het een fijn hotel zijn.

The location is great and the rooms were clean. A nice supply of towels. They are air conditioned rooms which is great for the hot nights. The bed was really comfortable.

The room we had didn’t have a shower door which made it really messy when taking the shower. The breakfast options were a little bit limited.

The price of the room was good value. The staff were excellent and the location is great

The rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner and the rooms better equipped. Smart TV for standard rooms and more amenities. A table to eat for example.

Very good

The food was lovely and tasteful,and we also loved the attendance from the stuff,they really made sure we were served accordingly.

We got a little disappointment from the bedroom side, the bathroom was untidy and it seems as if the roof was leaking as it was raining. We also couldn't get access to Wi-Fi from our Room and it was impossible for us to watch Movies/Shows on the TV supplied because of poor connection.

Our weekend experience with bae

The cleanliness, the stuff was friendly, the environment was on point very safe to be in. The breakfast was to die for, Twas delicious n more than enough

The food we ordered (Tucker) was too little for R280

Very good

I really enjoyed the way Johannes and Julia handled my booking. They made everything easy and simple. Their attitudes made me to consider future bookings and keep them. I DONT HAVE ANY REASON TO LOOK AROUND FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION.

So far there is nothing I don't like.

The Hotel is clean and the environment is very welcome, It would even best if the pool is maintained well.

The 1st day of the booking the receptionist was so friendly, very helpful and friendly, but in my stay the staff was not delivering the same manner, they were very unfriendly and rude to when we were asking questions and etc, if they improve their attitude it will be better.

Disappointing

Bad experience,

Very old linen, towels felt like sandpaper. Noisy, heard neighbours through the walls. Bed was terrible, Aircon so old, room very cold, aircon not working properly. TV, could not use, had to sign in with either a Netflix or other account, Room smelt like smoke. No drinking water
