It was nothing exceptional. Won’t stay there again.

Nice garden

The shower did not have water pressure and almost no warm water and it is winter. There is no aircon in the room. Was very cold . Loose headboard that keeps knocking against the wall. Breakfast was not so great. Skipped breakfast the second morning and went to Mug & Bean.

A little bit disappointing

Location Kitchen that we could use

Bathroom has not been updated since the 70’s. Basin is full of marks and ‘fixed’ with cement? Breakfast is very very basic

Next time I would make sure I book a ‘luxury’ room

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, pretty room

The room unfortunately had no fridge and no airconditioning It also did not have coffee making facilities Apparently, there are some rooms with these facilities

The location was nice.

The salon right next to our room. The lack of basics like coffee/kettle and the fact that there was no aircon. Bathroom could use a revamp and paint.

Great location and easy to find. The staff are friendly, and the room clean and comfortable.

As requested, we booked breakfast for a specific time. Two other couples walked in at the same time as us, but there weren't open tables for them. We ordered the cooked breakfast, but when it arrived the mushrooms and sausage was ice old. I asked the waiter if they could warm it up for me and that's the last time I saw the plate of food. We waited as long as we could (+-20 min) but had to leave without having had breakfast. In my opinion they didn't have enough waiters (2) for the number of guests.

TC's guesthouse is definitely a place where visitors become friends!

We had a little glitch on our way and were late the owner arranged check in for us 2 hours later after their closing. Apparently our room was double booked so they arranged for the next available room which was small but we appreciated considering the inconvenience we had already caused. Following day we were moved to our room and oh boy it was divine! Quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast also was amazing! The hospitality too! For returning guests we are definitely making this our home for our pta trips

Would have appreciated a kettle, and tea essentials in the room.

The location was perfect. Rooms cosy, clean and beautiful.

Portions of food were too little. And there was no variety to choose from. Dining space was too small to accommodate all of us as guests. There was also no shower curtain which led to a messy bathroom each time we bathed.

Very good

A lovely guesthouse with friendly staff especially the breakfast waiter - he was a gem! Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfy too.

These are just small things that will go a long way. For example a shower curtain in my kids room so that the floor doesn't get soaked every time, a towel rail in my room for a hand towel although the hand towel was removed after the first night but wasn't replaced. Better toiletries would be great too. Also my teenage girls didn't feel comfortable being introduced to two strange men at breakfast one morning and these men being told where they are from. It was awkward on both sides and totally inappropriate. While I'm sure it was meant well people's privacy should be respected.

Great tasteful house & facilities. Room beautiful and practical. Hannie, the manager was very attentive, friendly & helpful. Great location, close by to many Lynnwood and Menlyn places of interest. Good breakfast.

What is not to like. Great guesthouse in the Lynnwood Ridge area.
