Fantastic stay in private villa, residential area

Spacious apartment for a family of 5, also gave an extra bed but we didn't need it. Has all the appliances to help you feel at home, washer, dishwasher, TV, nintendo, etc. The pool was amazing and private, not overlooked at all. We were slightly overlooked from the patio area by the terrace on the left, but nothing too much.. The pool was cleaned every few days,, we had paid for the pool to be heated but really didn't need to! Cats everywhere, which my kids loved feeding and hanging around with. Villa is in a residential area. It was so nice and quiet, 15-20 min walk to the ocean front. If you don't like walking, the taxis are relatively cheap, 3-4 euros one way to the hustle and bustle. Everything was really good and we look forward to returning one day.

Tiny little ants on the kitchen floor and worktop area can be cleaned down but seem to reappear quickly. Also, a few cockroaches were spotted inside and out, probably due to the warm weather conditions and expected somewhat. There is no curtain in main bedroom bathroom. Feel a little exposed when having a shower or using a toilet, although no one can see in, but feels too open. We didn't use the spa passes as not enough time. There's nothing terrible, just some pointers.

absolute beautiful villa. excellent facilities gorgeous pool all private not overlooked. just wished we could have stayed longer

only one little minor thing poor hairdryer. Bathroom hairdryers are useless for styling hair. just think it would be nice to have a decent hairdryer as the villa has everything else you need on holiday

Comfortable stay

Large comfortable space. Host very responsive and allowed us late check out which was much appreciated - also very informative. Quiet area.

Wifi intermittent. Electricity kept tripping when we tried to cook (as we were using oven and hobs). Access to nearby resorts gym and spa - but gym needed a lot of refurbishment - although this is outside the control of the villa.

We had an excellent stay in this fabulous villa and would be happy to recommend it to others

The villa was very comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a nice, quiet area. Leaving a bottle of wine and water for us on arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated

There were young birds nesting in the trees of the property next door that were constantly chirping from early in the morning, although I appreciate that isn't the fault of the owner of the villa we were staying in

Relaxing, Comfortable and Clean Villa - Lovely Holiday Home

Lovely villa ... Quiet area. Villa was clean and us well laid out - Beds are comfortable, towels, shampoos, dishwasher tabs etc all provided. Pool is amazing and really made our week - was not heated the first day but men came on the 2nd day and resolved the issue.

Only issue was the pool heat on Day 1 - and the cockroaches in the water in the mornings ... Small suggestion would be to provide a pool net so we could clean it ... we were using the soup ladle to clear it 😃

Reasonable price, good location 20 mins walk to the beach

Keys in key safe - code given before we arrived - never met staff

Felt like the property was getting a bit "tired" The edges needed cleaning, the kitchen work top was stained, and it was clear that no-one had washed or wiped the outside table. Post Covid expected the place to be cleaner

22 degrees each day in February with a heated pool and blue skies, well worth it.

The heated Pool was superb for January February. everyday swimming. Location was reasonable walk from the beach/town centre but easy. Did not use the gym or sports facilities with the enclosed pass.

Shower in bathroom was unusable as the doors wouldn't close but we had the ensuit in our room as there were only 2 of us.

Exceptional

This is the perfect spot in lanzarote! Close to a wonderful beach with kids (playa dorada) and the nice marina rubicon and its restaurants, the villa is amazing! Heated pool water, very well designed, we had a wonderful time and we can only recommend!

Great villa. Actually better than the images online, very comfortable and clean, good location for us liked the walk to the front

We think the property could benefit from a long mirror and a new pool cover we were constantly cleaning the white bits from under the cover out the pool

lovely time in a lovely villa in a nice area

lovely spacious villa it’s a good 15 minute walk to the beach all down hill then it’s about another 10 minutes to the marina one way or 10 minutes to the town. it’s €4. back in a taxi. we got the pool heated. the internet went down one evening I emailed about 7pm and they had someone out at 9 the next morning. we stayed for 2 weeks and the villa was cleaned on the 7th day. the pool was cleaned twice and the terrace was also cleaned another day.

We could have used more towels.

Perfect for two couples with car

Great layout, spacious and well organised for 2 couples. Lovely outdoor entertaining spaces and pool Far enough so quiet but close enough to marina and town.. Beds very comfy Well equiped kitchen

Internal wooden doors to toilets and bathroom did not shut Need some more light for the fantastic bbq and pool area.

Nice property, quick response from the owner when problems with washing machine developed.

Noise from a main road. It is quite a distance from the villa but there is no effective noise barrier. Some bushes would help. They can be grown because they are on a garden side but not in a front where they would definitely work as a sound barrier.
