Ar condicionado quebrado, chuveiro bem ruim e antigo

O café da manhã é perfeito com várias opções tudo fresqueinho, localização não podeira ser melhor, tudo que precisa de fácil acesso, possibilitando realizar sem necessidade de veículo, restaurantes, bares, mercado, shopping, comércios em geral.

O que poderia melhorar seria um ferro de passar para empréstimo, uma vez que não há um disponível no quarto, e também o horário de checkout, muito cedo às 11:00h. A iluminação do quarto também poderia melhorar não há iluminação na parte do quarto onde fica mesa e poltronas, e tomada só havia uma disponível, o que dificultava carregar celulares e computador.

Propaganda enganosa sobre estacionamento ! Tive por conseguinte perdas materiais com meu carro ( fui furtado)

While the location was great, the area was quite loud during night with all the bars and busy streets around. This was a problem, as the AC in my room was not working and keeping the window open was not an option because of the noise. Not ideal for an overnight stay for work.

The food was good. Any mineira food is good though

The shower was terrible and the ac was so dirty that my wife got sick. Just one outlet. It made my life really difficult

Friendly staff

Hotel was nice but the some points needs to be reviewed like the air conditioning makes a HUGE noise so it’s impossible to sleep with it turned on, which makes the room very warm in the night as the windows won’t open. They charge you 10% service of EVERYTHING. What’s the point to charge 10% extra for a bottle of water that you take from your own fridge in your own room…not nice. Breakfast was fine, although the items didn’t change wich makes the biscuits and breads kind of withered.

pictures very outdated. rooms are not as nice as we expected from pictures and a 4 star hotel (dated, broken tiles, very loud air conditioning system)
