Boa opção em Belo Horizonte

Bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e pontos de interesse Espaçoso, com sala e quarto, porém sem cuidados com a ambientação, o que deixa o ambiente muito frio sem personalidade Café da manhã, servido no restaurante anexo, muito bom

Estacionamento muito apertado com uma rampa de acesso super estreita, que requer bastante cuidado para manobrar

Bom custo benefício no Savassi

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício, os quartos são confortáveis. O que fiquei tinha uma ante-sala com sofá, bancada, pratos e talheres, o que é muito bom caso haja necessidade de comer alguma coisa ali. A cama é muito boa e os travesseiros são excelente - eu sofro muito com este item em hotéis e não tive do que reclamar. Adorei que tinham dois travesseiros. O café da manhã atende as expectativas, tem bastante opção de pãozinho, frios, frutas, café e sucos. Gostei muito dos amenities do banheiro, sabonetes muito cheirosos. Localização excelente, existe muita opção do que comer a minutos caminhando do hotel.

Em um dos dias do café da manhã eu e minha amiga pedimos uma tapioca de queijo, peito de peru e tomate e fomos prontamente atendidas. No dia seguinte, os outros dois amigos que estavam conosco também pediram a mesma coisa, porém receberam negativa, pois o 'gerente não autorizava fazer tapioca com peito de peru, apenas com queijo e tomate'. Ficamos sem entender nada, pois na mesa de café da manhã tinha peito de peru à disposição e bastava pegar duas míseras fatias dali para colocar na tapioca. Um dia pode e outro não pode? Não entendi essa questão. Todos ficaram bem chateados com a situação. A água do quarto poderia ser de 500ml para fazer valer mais a pena os R$ 6,00.

O hotel é extremamente limpo, e a cortesia dos funcionarios é excelente, muitos educados e solicitos a qualquer demanda. A localização é incrivel.

O Hotel é um pouco antigo, e num curto periodo talvez precisará de reformas, mas isso é em vão quando a limpeza está em dia.

Breakfast, including the nice ambiance of the place; location is nice but can get very noisy if some events happening around

Okay but disappointed

Convenient location, large spacious room with balcony. Clean with good bathroom facilities. Decent place to put your head down for the night.

Close to roadworks and construction which ended late and started early. The pool was not very inviting and poorly equipped. Would not intend to spend any time at the pool or in the sauna. Pictures are taken at a good angle in good lighting. Not many sockets in the bedroom.

Just a basic clean flat in a good location.

Located in the Savassi area, shops and restaurants are close by. The neighborhood is reasonably un-noisy (Belo Horizonte is very loud) and quite safe. Staff is pro-active.

The owners of the Pancetti flats, like those of most Promenade-franchise apart-hotels, don’t care about about modernizing their units. Very little has to do with the real hotel industry and so everything is very rudimentary. The bathroom says it all: the shower is so badly constructed that the water doesn’t flow towards the drain, but stays inch-deep in the shower-basin; no place to put the soap or shampoo in; no plug for the washbasin; mirror with stains; no real drying rack for the towels, etc.
