Recomendable experiencia.

El barrio , histórico, así como el edificio, fascinante. Muy cercano a la casa de gobierno. Excelente ubicación.

Faltó un frigobar en la habitación para poner bebidas, sobre todo. Y más opciones en la televisión.

La ubicación muy buena. La habitación es pequeña sin embargo suficiente para una persona. El Desayuno es variado. Cumplió con mis expectativas completamente.

En invierno me ocuparía de la temperatura en las habitaciones antes de que llegará el huésped.

Lovely.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel. Lovely staff, especially Stephanie! Nice breakfast. The nest bit? The location. Perfect.

Great location with everything close and handy...staff went out of their way to help as I don't speak much Spanish, but at all times, they were great

Only one little thing was they were having power problems and the last night was moved to another room ...staff were very apologetic...

Great place to stay in Santiago, would recommend highly.

Great location and the staff were excellent. Some nice bars and restaurants close by made it even better. The breakfast was also well done.

In the central downtown area but felt unsafe at the weekend. Very friendly staff.

In an attractive old building. Friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a good shower.

It was dark and dingy inside. The breakfast was unappealing and the area around the hotel felt unsafe, particularly at the weekend.

Good value for money, central location

Great location near to all the main attractions. Very good value for money. Helpful staff. We made this our home away from home and stayed every time we passed through Santiago. The hotel very kindly stored our luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly.

A nice friendly hotel in an old building

A nice old fashioned hotel in a quirky old building... but nice modern bathrooms and facilities. Friendly staff.

This area of Santiago has gone downhill quite a bit in the last few years, probably not good if you want to come and go late at night.

Staff was helpful and friendly

Its location very dangereous even during the day. The toilet smelled exremely bad. The property does not have light anywhere, rooms have windows looking at the hall (not to the streets)

Hotel was my refuge of safety.

Excellent location; Within walking distance from everything. Quite a few cafes around and I loved the sound of people dining coming through the windows of my room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The furbishings are very dated and the rooms can do with a facelift. The shower had to run for about 5+ mins to get warm water (doesn't feel good with dam only 27% full). Hairdryer awful and aircon not working.
