Struttura con spazi ampi, pulita, buona posizione, ma assistenza non immediata.

-Struttura datata ma con una leggera ristrutturazione che comunque da un ottima impressione. -Struttura pulita e spazi ampi, le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose. -La posizione è molto buona circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ricapitolando aspetti positivi a mio avviso: -struttura con stanze ampie -cucina di buone dimensioni -letti abbastanza comodi -stanze sufficentemente luminose -appartamento molto silenzioso -posizione ottima

Le indicazioni per entrare nell' appartamento non sono ottimali, nel senso che dovrebbero essere più semplici ed intuitive. Lo staff (che non è presente li fisicamente in struttura) risponde e offre una leggera assistenza anche se le risposte non sono proprio immediate. Durante il mio soggiorno la strada dove è presente la struttura era interessata da profondi lavori di rifacimento del manto stradale è non era possibile accedere con veicoli come taxi o mezzi pubblici, quindi l' accesso all' appartamento era possibile solamente a piedi e peraltro con difficoltà in quanto anche i marciapiedi erano completamente dissestati , e quindi difficilmente raggiungibile con bambini con passeggini. Questa cosa ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura ma andava segnalata a mio avviso al cliente che quando arriva nei pressi dell' appartamento ha difficoltà sia ad individuarlo ma soprattutto ad accedere. Ricapitolando aspetti negativi a mio avviso: - struttura non immediatamente "trovabile" - cucina senza forno solo un microonde - piano cottura con soli 2 fuochi ad induzione - primo piano con scale e nessun ascensore

Perfect

It was easy to find and a perfect location, and everything that you need is around. A quick walk to Old Town, lots of transports around. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

For the amount we paid, and close proximity to most amneties i will say it was worth every Zl.

As a resident in the UK and being South African (used to be African spaces), this was luxury Huge, clean apartment Very close to Wawel

Lesson learnt, do not carry heavy suitcases. No elevators We also arrived at 4am on Xmas day and did not want to phone the host. It took us over an hour to find our accommodation. The instruction and numbering of street addresses were not easy to follow (fortunately we had someone who has been in Poland for a yr and was able to realise difference btwn post code and building numbers) A microwave in the apartment would have been awesome (oven did help in the end)

Great value for money.

The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. It's pretty basic, but you get what you pay for.

If you like to sleep past 6am, you may struggle. Deliverys being made, car engines, bins being pulled across cobbled Court yard, doors being slammed, other people stomping about above you. Every morning we were woken by this.

The flat was facing a courtyard, so it wasn't too noisy. It was well located and it was easy to park in the neighborhood. The sofas were ok to sleep on for one night.

it was very nice to deal with accommodation that had no problems. The apartment is located five minutes from the center, many cafes and shops are nearby. The apartment has everything - from an equipped kitchen to an iron and a hair dryer. It is good that you can enter the apartments without contact at any time. I can recommend these apartments for both short stays and stays for a week or more.

good location and spacious apartment. Modern bathroom with under floor heating. Quiet at night, comfortable bed and shop nearby

Poor signage on doors. number 4 is written on the small glass window of the door in black marker. impossible to see when arriving at night and emergency contact number is only 9-5. to help confuse you Z1 is the signage next to the door.

I liked almost everything, first of all the fact that it was good value in relation with the price, very good position near the centre, comfortable beds, well working shower, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and warm inside, very comfortable overall

The noise was very loud, especially from the other apartments, this represented a big minus, also the fact that there was no shampoo or shower gel

Excellent location, great apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed. The little touches, from shampoo to washing up liquid, kitchen roll/toilet roll, towels etc. Coffee/tea, sugar, salt and pepper, washing powder, dishwasher tabs. We didn't have to go out and buy when we arrived. Apartment was equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge and oven/cooker and iron/board. Shower over bath. Small convenice shop, coffee shops, bakery, cafe bars and restaurants all on same street as apartment. The apartment was very spacious, we were a family of 5 so it was great for us. Loved it.

The location was good but there are more things to improve with regards to the inside of the apartment.

It’s location.

Only 1 bathroom for a group of 7 people, it’s kinda difficult to manage esp if you have a tour early in the morning. The bathroom as well doesn’t have lock. The caserole doesn’t have cover, if you wanted to cook something and needed to be covered. Some of the apartment wall paint were tearing up, so it’s not clean to look at. And lastly, the window curtains has a funny length, it doesn’t covers the whole window.

The apartment is located in a great spot. there is a small supermarket next to the apartment. everything was clean, and we found all the equipment that we needed.

We couldn't use one of the sofa beds because it was stuck. We tried to call, sent an email, and sent a message at booking to the reception but no one answered. we found ourselves sharing a small sofa bed. In addition, the apartment isn't isolated so through the night we heard a lot of noises and it was hard to sleep this way.
