Exceptional

Good location- calm and close to the tram station. Ideal for visiting Buda castle cause there’s direct tram.

No air conditioning. It wasn’t a problem at all cause building is surrounded by the trees, maybe for a long stay during hot weather it might be not so comfortable.

Great hotel with parking for a short stay

It is a lovely hotel with free parking facilities, which is essential for a big city. The staff (receptionist) is extremely helpful and hospitable. Location is good, just 2 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min drive to the center.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse.

Marginal to adequate. Could easily have been improved by better management.

Had Priceline reservation on hand.

No window screen to keep out mosquitos; received numnerous bites. Mattress fatigued. Breakfast 45 minutes late on departure date despite promise of start time; single staff member preoccupied and arrived late to put it on; previous days ran out of breakfast food (not monitored). Due to staff's late arrival, concerned about ability to pay bill before departure for airport.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, it is easy to get to the center by bus or tram. Possibility to park a car for free which is great.

The room should have been cleaner, especialy the bathroom.

The person at the reception was very kind. Also the place where the hotel is very good. The tram stop is in front of the hotel and you have quick access to the city center

There is a tramp stop eight in front of the building. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away!

Personel was very supportive and helpful.

There's not any air condition in the room. We couldn't open the window since there wasn't any net on the window to prevent insects going through the room.

Property is in a peaceful area.

The reception works until 10pm… if you forget your key or have late unpredited check in or something… you are in trouble…
