Desgaste en falta de mantenimiento en puertas , embellecedor, no haber el spa abierto ,la nevera soltar agua ,el bater moviéndose ,la luz sin tapa y baldosas rotas y sábanas .

Paradise holiday.

Very beautiful and well-kept hotel. Wonderful territory, always cleaned. The staff is friendly, always ready to help in any situation, thank you! Breakfasts and dinners buffet are varied, there is something to choose for an adult and a child. I especially want to note the dinners, every day new dishes, meat, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables and salads. The cooks really pleased us with deliciously prepared dishes. Many thanks for their skill! Very comfortable apartments, there is everything for a comfortable stay - a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, iron with ironing board, air conditioning and so on. Sea view from the windows and terraces. Special respect to the pools, there are three of them with different depths, there are for children and adults. Always well-kept. The nature around is very beautiful. But it is located on a mountain, so you need to go down and up a lot, but this did not spoil our vacation. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away, taxis work well. For groceries you need to go to the city, by bus it takes 15-20 minutes. There is one shop within walking distance of about 15 minutes, but it is small. The beaches in this area are rocky, so if you are with children, it is better to go to the beaches of Alcudia, there is white sand, azure sea, gentle entrance and wide beaches. Our holiday was wonderful, thank you!

There are few disadvantages, they are not significant, but they exist... An unpleasant and strong smell of sewage in all bathrooms. And ants, do not leave food open for a long time.

Magnifique :D

L’hôtel était super , nous avons été reçu par Javier , qui nous a offert un accueil chaleureux en plusieurs langues 😊 toutes l’équipes est très sympathique le ménages était très bien fait également , les espaces communs sont magnifiques surtout les 3 piscine , les photos sont fidèles a la réalité et nous avons eu la chances de séjourner dans un superbe Dupleix . Merci à toutes l’équipes pour ce beau séjours . Iara et Veronica

La seul choses a avoir en tête c’est que c’est légèrement éloigner du centre ville d’Alcudia il faut utiliser le bus pas loin ou bien il y a une application pour utiliser les taxis sur l’île qui pourras vous êtres recommander a l’accueil . Le service de transfert vers l’aéroport est très bon également réserver auprès de la Receptioniste .

Sitio tranquilo, apartamentos limpios y cómodos

La hora de entrada es muy tarde, a las 16:00 y la hora de salida es exageradamente temprano a las 10:00. No volveríamos a repetir por estas condiciones. Si no tienes coche, está bastante apartado del centro

Estada de relax perfecta

La piscina, la ubicació i l'atenció exquisita del personal de recepció.

Vam demanar dos cafès amb llet al bar i no els van saber fer, malauradament el cambrer no sabía fer el cafè, però el preu va ser caríssim, més car que a l'aeroport més de 3€ per cafè amb llet.

Appartement plutot confortable et bien equipé (grand frigo congel et lave linge ) belle vue sur la baie d'alcudia personnel sympa

le petit dej buffet n'ouvre qu'a 8h30 !! et c'est la ruee la promiscuite des balcons ... manque d'intimité nuisances visuelles et sonores les matelas pas très fermes 2 petites poelles Tefal abimées et 1 seul saladier

Check in time was really late. Only from 16:00. Then, on arrival at 16:00 we were told that they were not yet ready and could only enter our apartment at 16:30.

Soggiorno ottimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 ragazze in questa struttura ad Agosto, ci siamo trovate benissimo sia per la accoglienza che per i servizi offerti. Le piscine sono perfette di diverse profondità, il nostro appartamento era su due piani soddisfando la nostra richiesta abbiamo avuto anche una bellissima vista mare dal terrazzo del primo piano in quanto l’aparthotel si trova in cima ad una collinetta e si può godere di una bellissima vista anche dalle piscine dove si può consumare anche la colazione. A metà soggiorno c’è stato anche la pulizia dell’appartamento con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola per tutti! Perfetto!

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, 15 min walk to the beach and harbour

Staff were lovely, the views out to sea were great and the pools were amazing. We went in July and it was 30 degrees plus everyday, the pools were perfect to cool off in. What was nice was the 3 pools so separate area for toddlers and kids. Also had a life guard which was impressive. At no stage did we struggle to get some sun beds, always some free. The hotel is in a quiet residential area so felt very clean and safe. 10 min walk to the left of the hotel was a small beach and restaurant which were quiet and lovey. 15/18 min walk to the right was Alcudia beach and all the restaurants there. We would walk to Alcudia beach, in the afternoon and if it was super hot we’d get a taxi back to the hotel. There is a taxi rank near Alcudia beach (by Small supermarket) and a taxi cost 7 euros. There is also an amazing restaurant 2 min walk (Anacanada 35) which is worth a visit. Overall it was a great hotel.

The decor was a little tired and didn’t look like the pictures. Also the food was average. Breakfast was very good, the lunch was average. Glad we didn’t have the dinners as walked past one evening and the buffet didn’t look great. Also the gym was very tired.

Our happy place!

Love the rooms, love the loction, love the staff. Love the peace and quiet and the views. Its never too busy, there is always room around the pools. For us it's like our second home. See you next time!

very good value, breakfast was plentiful and area all nice and clean. the accommodation was very big kitchen high end finish nice to have two separate bedrooms upstairs and bathroom. lots of kitchen equipment for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely liked the place! The apartment was very spacious, very nice view from the balcony, the kitchen very well equipped. For sure it's mainly for the travellers with the car, but as we had one the position of the residence was perfect for us to visit Alcudia, Polenca and other areas around. Very welcoming and helpful staff!

Superb

Loved the two balconies with sea view. you have a parking space just before the entrance door to your apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine. Very good communication with the reception desk. Located in a residential area, about 20min walk to the marina where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable. Nice towels. We liked that the apartment has two floors but this might be tricky for small kids or people who have troubles walking the stairs.

Some of the furniture is quite run down. horrible free wifi.
