A beautiful stay where we could switch off

Can’t fault this place- stunning property, food, staff, entertainment and location. Highly recommend renting a car to explore the area. I loved the location as it’s away from the hustle and bustle and the amenities are so good the kids loved it. The entertainment crew were so kind and friendly. Food was fab and rooms so clean and moder

Séjour en couple

La propreté de la chambre, l'accueil matin et soir personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, les services complémentaires (animations, spa et la salle du sport) Le buffet était très varié et des produits frais. Service rapide et très agréable. L'établissement possède 2 grandes piscines très propres. Pour finir, l'hôtel propose des activités à l'extérieur, de la location voiture à des prix très compétitifs pour les personnes qui possèdent une carte de débit, de la location vélos et une petite épicerie-boutique si vous souhaitez préparer un petit apéro dans la petite terrasse. Bref vous pouvez séjourner tranquillement.

Great Spa

The spa is excellent 👌🏼

The rooms ar a bit dated and pretty basic for a 4* hotel. It could be advertised as a family hotel with lots of kids club activities.

would definitely return, perfect for families, we had a hire car and would strongly suggest getting one as hotel is out

room was fantastic, with a brilliant outdoor area which was a surprise, staff were super friendly, especially Samantha on reception, shop was well stocked and pools were greets just to cold at the moment.

paper thin walls, had a lot of sleepless nights sure to this, location of plug sockets in room, the only mirror was in the hallway and the only socket was in the kitchen, dirty bed linen on the bed.

Nice spacious room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

No road for the pedestrians from the hotel to the nearby village. You can walk on the bike path but it's not very safe considering the amount of the race bikes on the roads.

Great resort with plenty to do

Nice big complex with large pools, restaurant, wellness facilities. Quiet area just a short drive from Alcudia and Port de Pollenca with sights , walks and activities on the door step. Nice staff . Plenty of parking. As an added bonus - nicely decorated rooms, calming colours and great size.

Beach access is a little bit inconvenient- you have to cross a busy road. We did not even try the beach because pools were excellent. Not really a minus but with little children we preferred to stay within the compound.

Consistanly great hotel, food and staff!

This was our third visit to Club Del Sol. We love the layout of the resort, the great buffet food and the staff! The rooms are clean and still feel newly decorated. And the entertainment staff are outstanding. Tom made our stay!

We only marked this down by one point because we seem to have been in a too that was near to one of the pool’s pumps or similar machinery. So we sometimes heard a repetitive pump noise. It wasn’t too disturbing but it would have been better without it. However, we still had a wonderful holiday despite this minor point.

Beautiful hotel but odd location!

Adults only hotel with 3 pools, 1 being a roof top. Beach club type vibes at the main pool with DJ Very nice interior.

Very small rooms, no storage. Shower cubicle is in the room so no privacy. Surrounding area is odd! Drink service is extremely slow. Cocktails hit and miss depending on who's made them. 90% of the staff looked fed up and didn't want to ge there!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The location is also great, with bus stops outside going into town and further afield, such as Formentor. There is also a great variety of evening entertainment for guests to enjoy.

Although the hotel knew we had a 6 month old baby, they placed us in a room opposite the entertainment stage. Towels, bedding and bins weren’t changed two days prior to check out. You can’t charge anything to your room, you have to prepay money onto your account first, and there is a deposit required for pool towels and safety deposit box.

The property was very well-maintained, including the pool and spa. Great staff and I love the young people who perform the entertainment at night

Really the only thing was the morning that the gardeners came through and cut the lawn and blue debris everywhere right on the breakfast deck. I really couldn’t believe it.

Lovely sized room and three pools to choose from.

Reception staff were mostly very nice, although we had trouble checking in and found the member of staff dealing with us a little patronising in her manner. The handle on the fridge door hand't been cleaned and the sofa bed didn't fold back to a sofa properly so looked untidy (although was a very comfortable bed for my children).

It was perfect for our needs. It was a girls weekend away. I will definitely be back with my family.

It was even better than we expected. The communal areas were really impressive. The Spa was a real treat, just gorgeous.

Do not go here

Nothing. Maybe the little shop was quite useful as even though we paid for breakfast we didnt use it due to how busy it was.

Dreadful. Overcrowed. Does not look like the pictures. All the pools were pretty average but we didnt even try to swim once due to it been overcrowded by 200 inflatables and children. The airconditioning temperature control didnt work so it was just one setting and was the loudest machine ever which sounded like a tractor as night so you woke up several times and struggled to get back to sleep. The whole place was extremley average and very expensive for the overall quality of the hotel. Think butlins in spain, with bingo nights. Very unhappy and feel completely ripped off.

acceptable but not rushing back. very family oriented.

Pros: breakfast was great (delicious food and bottomless mimosas!), free parking, big pools, probably good for families but less entertaining for people without kids, great balcony, super quiet in the room when doors closed.

cons: actually no beach access for swimming or lounging (fine if you’re wake surfing by the looks of it), no housekeeping on Thursdays, lots of ants in the room, bright light in hallway shine into room through window in door without curtain, no restaurants or shops in walking distance (highly recommend having a car).

Good price for value. Highly recommend it!

Good price for value. Good food, excellent breakfast and dinner. You can have dinner at their restaurant for 20 Eur and they have a very good variety of dishes. The pool is nice and the have also shows in the summer evenings.

Maybe that the beach from the neighborhood is not proper for swimming, but very good for kite and wind surf.
