Was still a very enjoyable stay...

Great location at the top of the pedestrian village. Great access to outdoor activities on the mountain, and great walk down to the restaurants and shopping...

Room was at back of building so there was not much of a view...

Location, size of the suite, breakfast, comfortable bed.

Kitchen not well equipped for cooking. We were on 1st floor and it was complicated to get to the breakfast area on 2 nd floor.

The property is located in the entertainment / leisure village

There were no tags on the breakfast items and there was no sign on the item being Vegetarian / Non vegetarian. All the items are placed erratically. There was egg in the bread and beans were cooked in pork making it unsuitable to eat for vegetarians.

Guest service agents were very professional and friendly which makes a great first impression at check in and also sets the mood for the rest of the stay.

The layout of the hotel is a bit complicated and difficult to access our rooms without having to climb a lot of stairs.

Lovely

The location was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Very close to the village and convenient.

The elevator should be renovated. I wish if there was any better way to the pool other than using the staircase.

Thé boooking.Com stated at the time of booking that there was an outdoor pool on the website but it wasn’t ready at this time of the year so couldn’t use the pool. This is false information!

Best location! Big family rooms!

Nothing beats the location! Right by the gondola, couldn’t be better! Maybe in the summertime I wouldn’t mind walking up the village, but not in winter… one has to be close to ski lifts! Staff was also great and the hotel has a policy that if they don’t solve an eventual problem, you get the night for free. But we didn’t have any problem at all, one week stay that was just perfect!

Location and fireplace. Parking good.

Reception was basic and felt dirty. Carpets tatty. Boot room inadequate. Breakfast area and food resembled a drop in centre. Food was well below par. Tables dirty. Generally very shabby even at ski acc standards. Also very overpriced. Whole place needs attention.

I really enjoyed the skiing, the location and the suite. The staff were helpful and considerate.

The location was ideal for both randonee and alpine skiing. The ski locker was easy to access. The studio was quite quiet even though there was a ski race on when I was there. The breakfast included with the rental was excellent.

The kitchen in the studio was ill-equipped with pots and pans. The fry pan was shallow and lacked a cover. The electric kettle did not have an automatic shut-off. While a dishtowel and dishcloth were supplied there was no scrubber to facilitate the removal of food residue. There were no food storage containers. Only one dishwasher tab was supplied for the 5 days that I was there.
