Great stay, very happy with everything.

Great location, in the middle of the nature but very close to the village. The condo was very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic option for weekend in Tremblant!

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for an excellent stay. Although it was a bit of a hike from the village, the shuttle was convenient with friendly drivers for those times we didn’t want to walk.

Communication was a little tricky. Some instructions were conflicting and the phone numbers provided were non-responsive.

Unit not as advertised, great ski in ski out location but staff unresponsive and rude.

The property was ski in, ski out however that particular ski in ski out trail was not open during our visit. The apartment was cozy and otherwise in a good area. The shuttle was quite frequent to take us down to the mail village.

There were multiple things broken in the unit and many items missing from our welcome package and we had to call the front desk over 4 times to resolve our issues. In the end, they only resolved a few issues and we ended up having to drive the 10 minutes down to the front desk to retrieve the missing items from our welcome package, eventually their phone line stopped working as well so we could not contact anyone. The fridge was very loud and we had to unplug it while we were in the unit. Overall, the apartment is quite outdated and we did not feel the value reflected the nightly rate. We were also not checked into the unit we booked through booking.com, we were placed in a different unit so be careful of this when booking this way. We contacted booking.com about these issues after the property was reluctant to assist us, and the property was unresponsive to booking.com customer support team.

Give more detail for door entry code (how to unlock & how to lock it when you leave. We were told by

Pillows were hard as a rock. Maybe try a couple of softer and some medium. They were so stiff they barely bent. Maybe memory foam topper on bed?

Worth the money

The place is huge with large kitchen and dining area. Loved that there were lot of utensils available.

Only downside was that there was only 1 parking spot available for the unit..that is kind of a bummer considering the condo sleeps 6 to 7 people.

Due to unexpected natural disaster and no access to property all customer should be refunded as no service was provided.

Property management has very inhumane attitude towards its guests. we had booked two nights stay at this property however due to heavy thunderstorms all roads to Mont-Tremblant were blocked and after calling property they told we can’t come because there is no power and strongly recommend to go back but we will not refund anything for your booking this is just as good as a big fraud scamming customers. and they denied the refund even not having access to their property.

Management does not show any concerns to its valued customers and deny services but charge them for the service even if you are in front in the resort but can’t get inside as there is Power cable on the road which did not clear for two days.

wonderful and relaxing stay at this condo with access to everything we wanted.

Comfortable, well equipped condo with lots of space to relax and eat or work if needed. Wonderful hiking trails just a few steps away, regular shuttle to the Village and less than 15 minute walk, and ski access to the hill.

Hard to find something we didn’t like - being at the very top of the Plateau the road in and out was steep and did get very narrow with snow and slippery at times.

Location was OK. It was right beside the ski trail but did require an extra ride up the porte du soleil lift to get to that ski trail. still fairly convenient.

The property was accessed by a door code but they still made us check in at a quite distant location to get that code. You would think in this connected world they could do all check in electronically and not require us to drive to get a door code.

Overall a good place to stay ...

Walking trails close by, good layout of the apartment, well stocked it everyday items

the walk to the village was a bit longer than expected although it was only about 15 mins but uphill on the way back. A smart TV would have been preferred to stream Netflix etc

Higher Expectation Level

loved the view, terrace, the location in Tremblant.

It had definitely seen a better day!! It is becoming very dated and showing it’s age. Mattress was below standard…. Foam topping.. really? Bathroom needs total RE-do. Kitchen..old. Owner’s locker unlocked, light bulbs out, AND although we appeared to be the only guests on that block, maintenance crews chose that day to cut up the concrete driveway directly in front of our door, without notice, leaving our car very dusty!!😕 Very noisy. However, we Love the neighborhood and will likely want to come back and hope it’s better next time!!

Relaxing.

View from Balcony was amazing.Fully stocked kitchen. Dining room was spectacular. Pool was great.

Exposed edge tack in kitchen between tile and carpet is unacceptable. I punctured my foot on sharp nail sticking out.
