Good except the bad bed

the bed can't used，sitting one side，the other side will up . Told to receptionist, but nobady come to resolve.

We had a wonderful time skiing during the day and relaxing at night with plenty of space.

It was beautiful with a cabin feel and quiet setting. Loved the apartment style for our family

Wasted potential

The pool and hot tub area were highlights, though they could use some tlc. The fireplace is a great idea in theory. Staff were very nice and friendly.

For what we paid, I was incredibly disappointed. Our unit was in a basement and it was not welcoming or inviting at all. Everything needed an update from the furniture to the appliances. The tub was chipped, floor tiles were cracked and the couch has seen better days. The bathroom was especially unpleasant. I didn’t want to spend any more time than necessary in the unit.

Verouderde en vuile accommodatie.

De ligging.

We reserveerden een appartement met 1 Queensize bed en een appartement met 2 Queensize bedden en kregen 2 appartementen met in elk slechts 1 Queensize bed. De appartementen waren verouderd en ronduit vuil. De lakens waren niet zuiver. De appartementen stonken naar de rook en de muren boven de haard waren zwartgeblakerd.

Excellent service

Exceeded my expectation. Room is very clean and fully stocked. Staffs are amazing. I love the pool and fireplace with free firewood. It’s worth it. Highly recommend.

The guests above us. The kid is been running around the whole time. I Called the front desk and she’s very helpful to resolve the issue.

Beautiful resort to stay at, just wish there was AC and assigned parking.

It had beautiful views and a nice area to walk around. The pool water was nice and warm. The rooms felt spacious. It didn't feel like you were right next door to others.

Front staff could have been nicer when checking in. AC would be nice for summer stays. Parking stalls assigned per unit so you don't have to park across the resort and carry your bags in.

Good view over valley, well resourced and handy for bus stop

Had slightly noisy guests upstairs one night who were a bit loud through floorboards but was quite noisy plumbing when they used bathroom. Not really their fault

amazingly scenic highway tub. comfortable lodging with spacious rooms. Great fireplace, my second time here and will come again!

Bedroom heating system couldn’t be turned down overnight so it was an inferno. I spoke with receptionist and they said they would look into it.

Parking lots fill up really quick - didn't dare to drive down to the town in the evening as afraid we won't get a lot when coming back

The pool, sauna and having more than enough room in the suite for a group of people to stay. Elk grazing out back having a kitchen was great, to not have to eat out every meal! Also loved the included bus tickets to get to town.

The pool and hot tub have amazing views! Beautiful location.

The sauna is beautiful but they call it a dry sauna which is a shame. Sauna is not supposed to be dry. You need to be able to throw water on the rocks to produce steam.

The staff were giving my family looks when we were taking family photos by the lobby's balcony. It was my parents' 50th birthday trip and they were just trying to capture memories. I also called the front desk when I thought I left my phone there, but I was spoken to sarcastically.
