Excellent location

Located in downtown, Clean room and we had a good breakfast.

pool was under maintenance, Receptionist is not friendly.

Everything was perfect. Will come back. The room was very clean, we had a complaint about a dog in a room next to our(whining), we called the receptionist and within a couple of minutes they have resolved the problem. Recommending this hotel in Banff.

This stay was awesome. I was here with my daughters and we absolutely loved it.

I loved the room. Loved the hotel in general. We had an awesome room with a great balcony.

I didn’t like the little table on the balcony. I needed to do some work but the ridges in the table made it difficult. Also while I loved that our room was on the main side where the mountains are gorgeous, the street lamp outside was horribly bright and I hate sleeping with the drapes closed but had to keep them closed at night.

Looked Nice On Arrival

Lovely spacious room. We had booked a king suite with spa bath.

On arrival we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned, this was explained as “bed turn down”, I said no that was fine, but I did expect clean towels. Clean towels never arrived !! I asked at reception again for towels, and was advised there would be in our room on our return - this never happened!! Free breakfast was very limited and not enough tables for all guests, approx 10 tables in a small room. Our bathroom door handle became wonky, no point in complaining as the request for towels never happened so we just had to leave it open/unlocked. Coffee never replaced in the room, nor bins emptied for 3 days. Our room was also at the end of a corridor right next to the stairwell which was extremely noisy during the evenings and through the night with guests passing.

Great location, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Clean and well stocked for basic breakfast. Muffins were really good.

Soya milk would have been nice as the lack of it meant I couldn’t have cereal as part of my preferred breakfast….but to be fair, there were other things I could eat instead.

it was a great stay!

it’s clean and well maintained. Larger space than other hotels. Very polite and nice staff! very close to restaurants and shopping boutiques.

I wish they have smart TV so we can watch youtube or netflix.

The place to stay in Banff

Welcoming with a good sized room, clean with great hospitality. Comfortable beds and chairs and fab facilities with a ample, tasty breakfast and free underground parking. Great location, just a ten minute walk into Banff.

Pictures are beyond expectation; it's very clean and worth the stay!

The heated free parking lot is excellent, a luggage trolley is readily available, it has a lot of garbage bin, and the elevator is in line with the parking lot floor. Fast and accommodating hotel check-in. Has a complimentary coffee area. The hotel room is spacious and tidy. Breakfast is superb; they made the dining hall roomier this time. Warm staff. Cheapest hotel with complimentary breakfast, worth the money.

Our room has an uncleaned cigarette ashtray on our room balcony. Overall all, this is still my first pick in Banff to stay!

Beds were great, room was perfect spot for taking my dog. Good breakfast and coffee. Hot tub wonderful.

Check in a bit of a hassel with splitting the cost of the room. Fair walk to downtown. Parking is awful unless you have a smaller vehicle to get in underground. Pool too cold to even use.

Very good

Lovely, quiet hotel within walking distance of the main area of Banff and public transport stops. Room was spacious and breakfast was nice with a variety to choose from. Free underground parking is a bonus.
