Comfortable, clean will stay again

Adequate for service to Pearson Airport. Wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

The location was perfect for quick shuttle service to the airport . Staff were pleasant. Price was right, and met my needs for one night.

Older hotel facility. Air-conditioning, poor and loud.

Not a value for money.

Staff were extremely helpful.

Wifi was very poor, room lights were not working. Washroom was very clean but no mirror.No breakfast even though i paid around $300 per night.

The room definitely could have been more clean, seems like it has been neglected for deep cleaning. There were no signs

Variety for continental breakfast, shuttle service when planned and called for terminal 1 & 3.

I can tell the staff are overworked, they go above and beyond if you are patient, perhaps very minimal staff is the reason they come off rude, but from experience they seemed stressed. I can tolerate most conditions. As for others, who aren’t very accepting of unplanned events, it could go south very quickly.

We stayed for about 7 nights stay was very good. However being with 2 kids and 2 adults room was little crammed up to accommodate 4 beds. Besides that the over all stay was good and comfortable.

The highlight of the stay was breakfast buffet. Buffet with so many choices. Loved the pool too. Staff was very nice and helpful specially front staff Ahmed he went above and beyond.

well where do I start. We came in late from our trip and our flight was a bit delayed so we were a bit tired, the evening staff was agitated for some reason i'm not sure why. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned so we had to do a soft clean and make sure there was no bugs. Morning came and we just couldn't wait to leave the place because it looked kinda sketchy. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. I wasn't expecting a gourmet breakfast but at least have it be warm, after we left the real drama really began. We left a laptop bag that was really expensive behind in the room. We called immediately we noticed the issue.when my partner got on the phone they stated that they would check and get back to us. Well, they didn't check and told us that it could not be found which caused a huge scene. The person on the phone was rude to the point where we had to call the police and make a report. (Toronto police was a great help might i add and we don't live in Ontario so we weren't too sure how to go about it. Needless to say that we had to come there ourselves and go through a whole bunch of bags just to find ours that we where told wasnt there. I was stressed the entire time and had to drive almost two hours and miss our event to come handle it and make sure that our "lost" item was found. I'm sorry but i dont think i will be coming here again.

Advertised as wheelchair accessible, there are stairs to get to the restaurant. Breakfast is included but it is mediocre, also the person in the restaurant is extremely rude.

Awful, worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever had..

The location

The front desk agent would not honour the on line parking fee, he asked to see it, I showed him it, and then out of no where the lid berry rude man told me we can go park at the airport, he also let us know he was the owner. I was shocked!! I have been in the hotel business for 12 years and I’ve never came across such ignorance and hostility. This was more then unacceptable for the owner and staff to treat people like this!!!

Passable

The house keeping was so bad, i noticed that they came to the room but did not change our lines the bathroom was not cleaned up too and forgot to lock our door.

Disappointing

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was okay.

I didn't like that the establishment did not indicate at the time of booking that you have to request a courtesy ride back to the airport. I got a courtesy ride from the airport to the location but I did not get a ride back to the airport. Many people were disappointed at the location. I strongly suggest they add that to their policy or at check-in they ask if the person will need a ride back to the airport.

Very good

Everything was good, but the breakfast was so-so. I found the food was acceptable, but the way the self-serve was laid out made it challenging with the number of people eating. It doesn't have to be that way - some simple changes in layout would make a huge difference. As I said however, everything else was good

The hotel price was great but I had a hard time understanding the staff’s dialect.

It was a lot cheaper than inside of Toronto

my suite wasn’t vacuumed. I found toe nails under the sofa where I was sleeping.

Remote area, very early for breakfast, costly plus pay extra

Breakfast closes sharply at 9 am. Location is very far away from train/subway. We checked in late at night, rude receptionist, charged us more than agreed with booking.com without receipt. We had no option so had to pay. The booking was cancelled without our permission.

Superb

breakfast was good. lots of seating. toaster didn't work particularly well but eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, cereals, yogurt, juices and coffee/tea. I was down at 7am, my travel companions closer to 8 and no issues with food availability or seating.

toaster didn't do much more than warm the bread. nothing much within walking distance of the hotel. but neither would lower my opinion. a solid good value stay.
