If you like to stay in Missisauga then it is suitable property.

Good location property.

Rooms are small especially for 4 persons.

lower standard than expected.

Room and bed were okay.

The hotel is not more than a 2 star hotel but the money paid was almost the amount for a 4 star. Also, the breakfast was not up to standard considering what was paid for the hotel. Not value for money. I felt exploited

it was good besides the conditioner bottle being empty and noise in the hallway

close to parkade. beds were comfy.

Other than the small parking comment, my stay was great.

The room was fairly spacious - beds were quite comfortable.

I wish the parking wasn't in a separate parkade - but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Overpriced!!

Everytime I make booking with your company, the price always seems to be much higher then priced out. This makes me consider if I will ever use your site again.

The price difference between what was advertised vs actual price given from the hotel.

A great stay is mississauga

The beds and pillows are comfy, the TV screen is big, water and ice machine in floor is helpful, in house Starbucks and restaurant is great, swimming and gym on site is perfect, central location in Mississauga next to square one is awesome. Rental car next door helps. Small market in reception is cool

The rooms are a bit small for family may consider having a couch or sofa, no space for extra cot if needed, business center for quite meetings and video calls would help. In room dining would be great for family with kids.

Beautiful room. Clean with nice washroom. Helpful staff! Appreciated the bottled water offered on arrival and departure. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced as well!

The water in the pool was on the cold side.

It's been a relaxing stay at Delta Hotel

Location is 4 miles away from Trillium Hospital. We went to visit a relative who is sick

There is no space to hang our coats. There is a safe box on top of a table which is inside the closet.

Not worth the price but location is good

Room on 12th floor in a room with double bed

Air conditioner made noise as if it was decades old. I couldn't sleep half of the first night. When i raised it with the reception the next day, i was told that will be looked into and room will be changed. On checking again, there were no remarks in my booking. Now my room was changed but AGAIN same problem. Secondly, there was hefty incidental hold on my card without notifying me. I was told it will be reduced to a less amount but again no action just like the previous point.

terrible … fraud

The property was a great leisure. Great environment good staff nice welcoming hospitality… I had a problem with my health during a stay at delta hotel… I had rushed to the hospital for about a week. stayed at the hospital for a week. I forgot to check out of my hotel room… and misplaced my key for the hotel room. I had valuable items a purse, shoes and Cash money… I ended up going back after my discharge, and asked about my items they had gladly gave me back my clothing. but I was missing my money… they didn’t reimburse anything to me which is unfair especially being in sick health. someone had robbed me

Disappointing

Staff was nice this time

Shower had black mold growing which is a significant health biohazard Ceiling was crumbling The furnace is so loud and the big boom every 15min is exhausting and doesn't allow you to fall asleep. Passed out of exhaustion and slept only 3 hours. The bed is way too soft, sink in, while the pillows are so thick, it's just a completely uncomfortable bed. The elevator still doesn't work well. Trying to buy me out with free breakfast for a $300 uncomfortable stay with the intent that feels like it's to shut me up from sharing the bad experience is only more frustrating. Try fixing the issues rather than focusing on offering reparations to guests. It's 3 days later, my neck is still stiff from the stay and offering free breakfast doesn't compensate for the pain I'm still in.
