Awful, don’t go there with your kids.

The pool is nice.

The wall in the room were so filthy. The staff was rude and helpless. Other customers were making a lot of noise after midnight.

Misleading Booking and Poor Service Experience

I reserved a room for three people. The photo on booking.com showed two beds, but in fact, there was just one double bed for three. The receptionist seemed to be in training. When I asked if I could park my car in front of the room, she said no, so I had to carry my luggage a long way. The next day, I found out it was possible to park in front of the room..

Un bon rapport qualité-prix.

L'hôtel est bien entretenu, rénové régulièrement même si ce n'est pas luxueux, le personnel est gentil et c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le déjeuner est toujours bon et frais. Nous y allons une à deux fois l'an pour les rencontres familiales et même si ce n'est pas un grand hotel, ça correspond à nos besoins, les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables.

Néanmoins, une fois sur deux, nous avons de mauvaises surprises, rien de grave, mais tout de même embêtant. Cette fois ci, lorsque nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre, elle n'avait pas été faite, il y avait des caisses de bières qui traînaient, les lits étaient défaits, la chambre était sale. On nous trouvé une autre chambre, mais c'était la dernière. De plus, le chauffage semblait déréglé et malgré un thermostat à 10, on étouffait, heureusement, nous pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre. Enfin, nous avons pris nos douches le matin et le soir, à l'eau froide/tiède. Même en attendant, nous ne pouvions obtenir une température plus chaude.

Good and kind service at the front desk. breakfast is included and plenty . Rooms and common areas were extremely clean and well maintained and although it's not at Montreal's downtown you can get there using public transit with relative ease. We were able to find parking*

I wish there was more options on the tv ie connecting to our phones, iPads and laptops. And wished there more options for a fire stick a lot of the shows were in French which it okay for an predominantly French speaking area but we were coming in from America with kids so they weren’t happy lol

Very good stay just outside of Montreal, I like the room, bed and swimming pool.

Short drive outside of Montreal, easy check in and check out, very nice room, great bed, very good swimming pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast to get you going.

The location, breakfast, and its cleanliness.

I wasn’t expecting that their pool wasn’t functional. Apparently, its under repair. They should post it online. Also, there’s an ongoing noise in the washroom which sounds like an exhaust fan from somewhere even though ours is off.

The location made it easy for me to get around every where.

location was extremely important for me on this visit because my father was in the hospital .

I didn’t like that I had to go downstairs to get ice. Because the microwave was downstairs I didn’t use it. The minibar was in an awkward place and full of water. I called down to the front desk to inform them of the situation, he said he would be up in a couple of minutes but never called back or showed up. The minibar wasn’t cold at all. Every time I came to the front desk I had to call out for assistance, I think they need to pay closer attention to the front desk instead of laughing in the back room.
