Service excellent, accueillant, propreté. Rien ne manque. Je recommande fortement cet endroit !

Choix variés (buffet) au petit-déjeuner et très bon. L'éclairage dans la douche est un plus. D'habitude il y a souvent de l'éclairage autour du miroir et avec le rideau de douche, on ne voit pas bien. Le frigo est un plus quand on voyage de loin. L'accueil était très chaleureux et le personnel fait son maximum pour vous aider.

La dernière nuit, nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi à cause de visiteurs très bruyants dans le couloir et dans les chambres avoisinantes jusqu'à très tard (après minuit), sans aucun respect pour les autres. J'ai gouté un croissant aux amandes qui était assez sec. Le pain doré du premier jour était délicieux (vendredi), celui du dimanche très sec (peut-être resté trop longtemps sur le plateau chaud avant que les clients ne se servent?) mais tout le reste était délicieux. Un petit tiroir congélation dans le frigo serait vraiment top.

Beau séjour, pour un moment en famille, mais, pas en amoureux.

La propreté des lieux, la piscine était grande, la salle d’entraînement était correct, le personnel était vraiment gentil, et courtois.

Le spa n’était pas fonctionnel, malgré que j’avais pris la peine de le demander. C’était important pour nous. Et c’est bruyant. C’est écho de la façon que l’hôtel est conçu, et l’emplacement n’est pas optimal. On entend beaucoup la circulation.

Definitely coming back

Getting the family out for micro-vacations is now easier, we're staying at this Holiday Inn. Our stay was a thoroughly awesome experience, my wife and I were blown away by the superbly friendly staff at every level. They should be rightfully proud of themselves. We opted for included breakfast and the choices were amazing and high-quality. The strawberries were so enormous my three-year old berry-vore could barely finish one fist-sized fruit. The pool was spotlessly clean and inviting, the pillows were soft and almost satiny feeling. I loved the RCAF de Havilland biplane suspended from the ceiling in the atrium and the historical Canadian barnstormer photographs everywhere. Truly patriotic canadiana that brought a smile to my face. To sum up, we enjoyed everything about our stay and are coming back for sure.

It was very good. The view was amazing, overlooking the river and Montreal skyline.

We did not end up using the breakfast coupons.

The room was not as quite as expected. Seemed that we could hear people in the other room. I am not sure if their door was open but we could clearly hear a number of people chatting.

L'accueil, chambre spacieuse et très propre, lit très confortable. Café, thé dans la chambre, bel hôtel intérieur.

Petit bémol, c'est l'isolation on entend les gens dans leurs salle de bain et on les entends parler dans le couloir.

Broken window, no body wash, staff not inerested, worst breakfast ever, unsecured parking. Basically everything, just not worth considering.

The stay was a bad choice on my part.

Room 523 did not have a working TV. I had to change rooms. Room 423 did not have Dove Soap. A black man’s belt was left in room 523 while in the process of changing rooms, but was not there the following morning.

Very clean and pleasant facility for vacation

The hotel is very clean in every aspect. Bedroom is very clean and comfortable. Specifically, the bathroom fan is very quiet. This is very different from many other hotels.

The air-conditioner is still quite noisy with one of the beds placed right next to it. I had to keep it on to maintain some air circulation though.

We were in holiday inn a few times before in Montreal - downtown and next to airport holiday express inn - if to be hon

Very nice personal I had pleasure to talk with them

Hairs in the shower after previous guest . The room wasn’t fresh properly was really stinky three of sweat . The bed shits was not clean.Needed to leave the room for an hour after opened a window in the room . Noize of neighbour’s door next to the room who was smashing the door for half an hour at 4:00 am

Good building, bad reservation system

The building is great, rooms were clean, and there is ample parking space (free of cost).

Thier reservation system is messed up. I booked for 2 rooms (5 adults). The reservation was confirmed. However, when I reached the hotel they told me that they only had one room for me. They were able to book the another room as there was availability (God Forbids if there was no availability). That day they charged me for 2 rooms. However, 2 days later I saw additional charge for yet another room on my credit card. I contacted them and they couldn't figure out on the phone: they told me to forward my credit card statement (which I did right away). They told me they would get back to me right away, which they didn't. I had to call in 2 days after atleast 2 times wherein the receptionist transferred my call to the responsible person, who never picked up. The person got back to me via email and they refunded my money back. Due to this inconvenience, will never be staying at this Holiday Inn again.

I got what we expected

Nice clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly stuff. Pool was warm and had a nice whirpool area. Good price.

Pool was dirty. Reception warned me about possibility of theft from the parking lot and there wad not enough free parking space in front of hotel.

The open concept lobby

- the bathroom was dirty, dingy and rusted - the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and moldy - the room service took hours - the staff was not knowledgeable and experienced as I had stayed an extra night which reception knew upon check in and then they called 3 times for me to check out disturbing me and my daughter - ice machine on the floor didn't work for the entire time and when I complained to reception she sent me to the wrong floor for ice - the room was musty and smelled - the air condition was old and loud - the wheelchair accessible buttons did not work - cost was expensive for the room and not worth it - the breakfast had no taste and tasted stale - not up to IHG standards - room was outdated. Tv had no internet options - internet would drop in and out and was also unsecured - lots of lights in the room but all dim

We loved to stay with holiday inn and whenever we are going to be in Montreal we are going to choose

The staff and customer service was really good specially when you are in a province where you are not fluent in their language. But we did not feel this barrier even for a single minute of our stay .

There was nothing to dislike but for a long stay with kids if we could have a shared washer it would be an additional help or lessen my laundry load after vacation.

Friendly staff, very nice and clean facilities, the kids loved the pool and the rooms were very comfortable and neat. Everything was superb. We really enjoyed our stay
