The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The facilities are old. The room is old. The washrooms in the public spaces were disgusting and outdated (sticky floors). This hotel needs a major renovation to bring it to current 2024 standards.

Excellent stay in North York. Would definitely return

Reception staff were excellent at all times day and night Provided a kettle on request Excellent elevator availability

Not enough seating in reception Key cards failed 3 days out of 4 No vanity kit in the room. Should not have to be requested No utensils in room ( teaspoons for example) only chopsticks

Netter Aufenthalt in Toronto.

Rundum hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten einen grossen SUV, mit dem wir nicht in der hauseigenen Garage aufgrund der Höhe parken könnten. Gegenüber gibt es aber eine größere Parkgarage somit kein Problem. Ubahn 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Badezimmertür ist eine Milchglas-Glasschiebetür mit einem 2 cm breiten Spalt. Nicht gerade angenehm, wenn man nicht allein im Zimmer ist und auf die Toilette muss. Eine Seitenleiste aus dem Baumarkt könnte dies schnell und einfach angenehmer machen.

Good hotel let down by our room

Lovely looking hotel close to the subway

Bed was broken Lorenzo was great and came and fixed it, and our keys didn't work throughout our stay we had to get someone to let us in everything. One of the sockets to charge the phones was also broken and we only had 2 towels and dressing gowns but there were 3 of us staying in the room

Excellent location; comfortable and clean rooms.

We were lucky enough to get a newly renovated room. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! We also appreciated the soaps and shampoos that were available. The staff were very lovely and helpful as well.

The location was excellent The facilities were to a good standard The staff in the dining area were helpful and entertaining and made our stay more enjoyable Would recommend to family and friends We found Adam thoughtful, insightful and professional

Great out of town hotel

Clean and comfortable

Shame the swimming pool is temporarily closed. It is expensive to have breakfast and dinner. We didn't bother.

Excellent place to stay

In the lobby there was fresh lemon water for customers. In the room there was a very soft carpet. Room were clean. The hotel is located very near a subway station and some restaurants and shopping places.

If you want dirty bathrooms look no further

The room was dirty and so was the bathroom. I would not ever stay again! The lack of cleanliness was super disappointing.

The check out time was 1200noon. If i knew earlier that I could stay at room till 1700h by paying CAD 50/-. WE had a late flight to Amsterdam

It's comfortable.

Not as clean. The bathroom especially. The cleaner didn't bother to take out the recycling and pretended to make my bed, but obviously didn't. The sheets underneath were not smoothed out. The sides of the toilet were dirty. Also, they should provide water daily or every other day.
