The hotel is amazing. It exceeded our expectations! Value for money is 10 out of 10.

Room, beds, location, food - everything is excellent!

I was going to a concert & the hotel was the icing on the cake

The Room was lovely - clean, well put together & comfortable The bed was so comfortable and I liked the coffeemaker for The morning. The bathroom was lovely & spacious with all the amenities needed

There was nothing I did not like. I think the hotel was well put together and Well maintained I did not go to the restaurant this time as I had other plans however I liked that the Starbucks was so handy

Terrible customer service

Very bad service, not flexible.Customer service treats clients like garbage. You do not want to stay in this hotel. It feels like they are doing you a favour and not worth it for what you pay

Friendly staff. Decent rooms. Inviting environment. Value for money.

Hallway near lifts were dirty with some trash on the floor. Hallway lights were off.

Overall the Sheraton Hamilton was a very comfortable stay, clean and has amazing staff.

Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to provide me with all the extra support needed to make my stay comfortable.

Hotel is old, but maintained as applicable.

The bus stop outside the front door for GO transit direct to Pearson International Airport

Prefer not to say as it is an on-going discussion with the hotel/chain. Let it suffice to say that the hotel / chain needs to up its game drastically if it doesn't want to ruin the Sheraton name.

Exceptional

We booked this hotel last minute due to an airbnb cancelation the night before a huge board exam. This was located right across from where our exam was being held and we had a comfortable stay.

Superb

Stayed for a dance comp. It was quiet and spacious enough for 4 people.

There was a poor young soul passed out in the lobby. More care than just watching could've happened.

the hallways smell have putty patch repairs requested a microwave and never got one only provided 2 towels in a room of 4 people

Easy check in, great location, Starbucks in the lobby and connected to a mall with grocery store.

Bed was soft, you can leave bags at the reception after checkout to go around the city freely/ attend concert at the First Ontario Centre arena beside it.

No toothbrush and toothpaste, no bathrobe and disposable slippers.

My go-to hotel in Hamilton! Always a great stay. I recommend it!

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton Hamilton a number of times and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive. It’s also the best location if you’re attending a hockey game or a concert!

The location is both good and bad. Good that it’s located close to a lot of business and amazing restaurants. Not so good is the number of homeless people who are within close proximity of the hotel. They are harmless, but if you don’t expect it - it could initially catch you off guard.
