Not worth the money

We were booked into a room that wasn't cleaned, I understand that mistakes are made, it happens So we moved to another room. The key did not work properly. Had to have the cleaning crew help us with the door. That was 35 minutes. We're never getting back. Something as simple as calling a cab is not possible at this hotel. The front desk number has been blocked by the local cab company. That's so unprofessional!!!! The bed in our room was so uncomfortable! You couldn't even roll over without the entire bed creaking. We both tossed and turned all night and had a horrible night sleep.

Staff was friendly, bed comfortable. I was assured a shower chair would be in the bathroom when I arrived but it wasn't.

it was tolerable because I was solo. If my spouse or children with me I would have asked for a refund and found another

close to the venue that I needed to attend

parking lot was cramped, access in an out wasn’t intuitive, inside was generally dark and run down, hallway and outside noise, smell of marijuana through the HVAC, tub plug was disgusting,

The room was clean.

Everything about my stay was unpleasant. The hotel halls smelled terrible, garbage bags outside the room doors. I was surprised the room was so clean.

Really pleasant

Staff were wonderful Room was very clean and comfortable. Common areas were a bit run down. Breakfast was very good and our waitress was very kind and accommodating.

Just spruce up common areas. Also while the visible 24 hour security personnel were, of course, appreciated and very reassuring it made one wonder why they would be needed which created a little sense of Ill ease.

Pleasant

Everything was fine as expected from previous visits. Location, parking and restaurant good.

You need to fix the plumbing in the shower. Poor water pressure with half the water coming out of the shower and half coming out of the tap. Two lamps not working and TV remote was working poorly. It was tough to change channels.

Breakfast was exceptional! Best pancakes I ever tried. Room is clean and looks nice. Always good to have something free like parking.

Air conditioner was right on the side of the bed, it was blowing right on me and I had to turn it off.

Salute to the Admiral Inn Hamilton

The room was clean and spacious. Loved the round pillow on the bed very comfortable space. Wonderful to have the little caffe available for breakfast and very reasonably priced too. Lobby has a full glass enclosure and very bright with natural light.

That I had to leave and go home.

Great staff and room.

Staff was always helpful and pleasant. The king bed was delightful. The soaker tub was great.

There was no tv guide either written or on the tv. I had to make my own.
