Je n’y retournerai pas….

La cour intérieure est belle…

Le déjeuner…. Rien de ce qu’on voit sur les photos… Pas de bacon, pas d’œufs à part des œufs à la coque! Le trajet pour se rendre à la chambre depuis le lobby…. Salle de bain beaucoup trop petite…

Our family would not stay here again. The photos were deceiving and we wouldn't recommend.

The indoor pool was warm, pool area was surrounded with plants.

Although the pool was warm, the 'hot tub' had no seating and you stood in there with other hotel guests. It was weird. For breakfast, you needed tickets/passes to go and breakfast was not good and in an older, run down restaurant of the hotel. Rooms facing the pool meant you could see into other people's rooms while swimming. The hotel also had a strange layout and there was an elevator in the lobby that wasn't for hotel guests but for tenants that lived in a section of the hotel.

The hotel was adequate for what we needed, however, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Location of the hotel was great, rooms were OK. Staff were great and very responsive.

Building seemed older and unkempt. Hallways were dark, and smelly. Pool area was dark also. Breakfast was OK but not a great selection and coffee was terrible.

So much potential

The atrium and pool are beautiful. So much potential here.

The beds were absolutley awful. Completely clapped-out, sunken from all side. We had a hard time sleeping and woke up very sore. The beds ruined our stay and our review of the hotel. They were so bad we won't return, which is a shame because the hotel has so much potential.

The location is perfect if your going to the red deer hospital or the curling club in downtown

The heater/ AC is right beside the bed closet to the bathroom and is dam noisey and the bathrooms are so dam small you can’t even turn around in them and shower heads in showers are horrible

it met my need for this trip, but i would not recommend this place to others or stay here again.

breakfast was ok, some hot items were a bit cold. Room was satisfactory. Pool would have been great to utilize but there were screaming children in there the whole time. Staff were generally friendly.

the screaming children in the pool- i could hear them in my room. Also the chaos of the dining room in the morning, no fault of the staff but the other guests were honestly just unruly. The area the hotel was in felt unsafe. The building from the outside looked in poor shape.

We spent 4 nights over a long weekend while visiting family in Red Deer. I would probably stay again on a regular weeken

The room was clean and comfortable. it included a hot buffet breakfast which was good when the hotel was busy on a long weekend and there was good turnover. on Tuesday, however, we were the only ones in the breakfast room and the food was sitting too long. the coffee was good.

Very noisy kids in the pool and hot tub well past pool closing time, and when they were finally sent to their rooms, they went back to the pool to party till 2:00am. The breakfast entrees were not refreshed when it wasn’t busy, therefore at 8am it was basically inedible, but would have been good at 6:30. We had a dog with us so had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool courtyard and our balcony door would not open, and not fully close.

First room assigned to us was dirty. There were pet hairs on one of the beds and toilet was unacceptably dirty (even took pictures to show the front desk). Thanks to the front desk lady on duty that day , she immediately transferred us to a new room. Hotel is old. Rooms and facilities need some updating.

The night staff was amazing! Didn't really see or need the day staff but the lady at the front in the evening was beyond amazing, super helpful and friendly! The pool was also lovely!

The hotel definitely needs an update, everything looked much older and worn then in the pictures. The floor in our hotel had water damage and definitely needs to be replaced

Ok price for what you got

Great location and friendly staff

Extremely noisy with kids running up and down the hallways at all hours. Room was very dated. Water stains and a poor patch up job on the ceiling, water stained curtains up about 3 ert rom the floor, stained tub and carpet. Would have liked breakfast to go a bit longer than 930 on a weekend.

The coffee maker in the room was terrible and there were only 2 packs provided leaving you with 2 weak tiny cups of coffee. The renovations to the lobby area are choppy and confusing and removed all the grandeur of the old open lobby. The breakfast was okay
