好立地にあぐらをかいたホテル（個人の感想です）

清潔で設備も洗練されていた。早朝出発だったので空港ターミナルのすぐ隣に泊まれたのはありがたかった。

4泊5日のカナダ旅行での最終日、クイーンルーム（クイーンベッド2台）に大人3人（家族）での1泊でした。他のホテルでは同じような状況でも最初からタオルやコップなどの備品は3～4人分用意されていましたが、ここでは2人分しか用意されていませんでした（簡易ドリップコーヒーパックのみ3袋ありました）。また他のホテルにはあった予備の毛布もありませんでした。フロントに言えば持ってきてくれるのかもしれませんが面倒なのでやめました。最終日のみ一人１ベットではなかったので狭さや寝苦しさは覚悟していましたが、備品が宿泊人数分無いのは残念でした。また、計測したわけではありませんが床が傾斜していると感じました。私は建築設計の仕事をしていますので床の傾きはすぐ分かります。大丈夫か？デルタホテル

Accueil chaleureux et aide à l arrivée pour monter les bagages et la cage chien imposante Espace chien prévu pour ses besoins avec sacs à crottes à disposition Livraison possible de salade caesar en chambre Tout confort dans la salle de bain, lit confortable, bureau de spacieux

Pas de personnel d'accueil qui parle français ni même qui possède un appareil de traduction Pas le droit de manger à restaurant avec son chien... Un espace client avec chien pourrait être créé

Proximity to the airport, good staff at the front desk.

Lack of amenity in the room as evidenced by a lack of bedside tables and a crappy ‘coffee machine’ was an accident waiting happen. No sure if the fridge was working …. Prices at the ‘grab and go’ shop were over the top.

Noisy.

Everything was fine except my room was right above the bar which was loud until two in the morning. At that point I had given up on attempting to sleep as I had to be up in two hours for my flight. I may as well have stayed in the terminal instead of wasting my money.

Arrived late and tired. Left late rested, refreshed and reenergized.

The crisp cool sheets. The big towels. The bright bathroom. The in room coffee service. The quick and efficient checkin and checkout. Friendly staff. I had a lovely chat with the service rep checking out about the equipment in the gym. It had everything I use for a good work out - treadmill top of the line, weights from 5 lbs up.; Bosu ball; Pilates balls of various sizes; mats; weight benches; leg press machine; and other machines for arms. Cool towels. Dry towels. Water. Apples. Bacterial wipes. Large windows allowing lots of light. Easy to access wifi for workout music…perfect! Lobby with tables and chairs to work at while waiting for my ride. Quick efficient service in the restaurant for breakfast. Variety of healthy snacks in the walk up concession off restaurant which was open late.

Nothing. I had a wonderful stay. Left rested and refreshed.

The rooms were clean and decent, nothing fancy for the price though.

The system really needs to flow better. The line was so long and waited almost an hour just to check in...at 1 o'clock in the morning.

A really great experience! Would highly recommend.

The staff at the check in desk were absolutely fantastic! They were very kind and helpful. I use a walker and a very nice young gentleman even walked me to the West-jet counter and carried my bags!West-jet is the other end. Of the airport from the hotel! Dinner was good and the service was great.

I had the problem but when I called for help a friendly from housekeeping Oscar came to the rescue came

Lounge closes too early.

Location is perfect.

The choice of food when checking in late could be better. The sandwich bread is too thick and there should be a larger variety. The price is too high compared to the other hotels in the area.
