Really clean room and bathroom We checked in at midnight and there was someone on desk ready to check us in as promised. Complimentary breakfast

Was asked to fill out a form beforehand to speed up check in but had to do it again in person. Not a big deal but was a bit fried at midnight so would have nice to get the speedy check in. Apart from that no complaints lovely place.

It was good and pleasant, good for one night stay!

Clean and good location, breakfast was good.

Overall, my stay was good. The rooms were clean and the staff were great.

The breakfast was fine, however I would like to see ingredients printed in front of the hot items. I cannot have dairy, and I wasn’t sure which items had milk/cheese in them. Also more dairy free choices for milk/coffee cream.

I did not like the fact that the only USB port in the room, 321, did not work and there were no other options for charging my phone.

Would stay here again.

Breakfast was cold sadly. And worst tasting coffee I ever had one swalllow yuck.

No hair conditioner No soap in the shower bottles. Shampoo almost gone as well. TV remote didn't work sent someone to fix it. All was good

The lobby was nice, but the rooms along the main road should be used as a last resort.

Location was close to what we needed.

There is a section of rooms along the main road that was extremely loud.

Decent location, comfortable beds but expect outlets to be loose.

Beds were comfortable, so were the pillows. Location was decent.

Not enough outlets, some outlets were pretty loose to charge my phone up. Too close to main street with loud traffic going up and down the street.

toilet not working properly running constantly , tub faucet keeps running couldn’t stop it internet sucks and tv to watch you need to put your email address in to watch,air conditioning in the room blowing directly into your head where you eat breakfast too hot no air conditioning

It was good for what we were there for

The room was nice, very clean

The breakfast was lackluster. The dishes were not clean, a plate at the top of the stack had egg cooked to it, and the cup I took from the clean spot had a coffee line and there was someone else's lipstick on it still.

Location

Internet was not working and they did not have a backup internet. With such a big hotel, I expect at least two internet providers. The hotel was quite warm and there's no air conditioner in the lobby and breakfast area.

I had a mixed experience, the breakfast and the location were good, but some of the staffs weren’t helpful. The stay was

The continental breakfast was good but some more protein options would be highly appreciated. The rooms were clean and all basic amenities were provided. The swimming pool was quite refreshing. The staff who checked me out today in the morning was really very polite and well behaved, appreciate his attitude towards me.

The staff behaviour was not up to the mark. The lady (Amy) who had checked me in was disrespectful and asked me to wait in the lobby until she had finished her lunch to check me in. I reached the property at around 2:40pm and even when my room was ready she made me wait and spoke to me in a very impolite manner. Also the wifi connection was very flaky, I could not watch any channels in the TV as it would not connect. I mostly had to use my mobile network to connect to internet from my personal devices.
