Boven verwachting super leuk!

De locatie was voortreffelijk. Dichtbij veel eetgelegenheden. Gezellige omgeving.

Schönes, sehr großes Hotel mit super Lage. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Die Lage war klasse und man war in 5 Min am Hafen. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Hotel hatte eine schöne Bar. Auch der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Parken in der Garage war gut und das Auto stand dort sicher.

Beautiful hotel, great spot for them 17 mile scenic drive, staff could have been more friendly.

Beautiful location, lovely room. Pool and hot tub were great.

A little cold in feeling. The staff were efficient but not the friendliest compared with other stays on our Highway 1 drive.

War relativ teuer für die Leistung

Die zentrale Lage

Der Pool ist in einem anderen Gebäude - man muss einmal durch die Fußgängerzone, um zum ziemlich kleinen und kargen Pool zu gelangen. Sag auch nicht ansprechend aus.

La chambre n’est pas nettoyée et les serviettes de toilettes non changées si vous ne le précisez pas au Check in. L’information ne nous a pas été donné ! Hôtel un peu vieillot avec un personnel inexistant et un piscine pas très moderne encaissée dans un cadre pas terrible.

Hit the mark in terms of providing nice, clean and accessible accommodation near Monterey amenities

Location is excellent and Monterey amenities are very nearby. Public space in hotel is great and the food/bar service was very good.

It felt like a conference hotel - which indeed it is - so lacked a little intimacy as a destination for a family.

Price vs quality is not ok

Location

1st room was completely in the back of separate building above swimming pool with little children. The other room was dirty including left overs ( bottle and nails) of previous guests

WLAN war nicht gut und für Wasser auf dem Zimmer 5 USD zu verlangen ist bei dem Hotelpreis unverschämt

Meget hyggeligt hotel og lækre værelser med lille balkon. Også fint poolområde og spa. God morgenmad

Personalet var ikke specielt serviceminded i restauranten. Udover lang ventetid på at få et bord måtte vi diskutere med en tjener hvad vi egentlig havde bestilt så husk at få dem til at gentage bestillingen.

Staff could do better

Location is excellent and very close to shops and the waterfront.

Doormen didn’t help with bags when we opted to self park over valet. Husband was literally struggling with 3 cases as I went off to park and they just watched. House keeping didn’t clean our room even though we were out all day. Then next morning of check out we wanted to lie in but they were super noisy cleaning other rooms, could practically hear their gossiping through thin walls.

Was Sorry we had to go

Amazing place. Right at the pier. Room was great. Bathrooms clean and nice looking. We were bummed we only had 1 night and had to run. Seems like a great place to vacation.

Not much. Parking is 27$ a night.

It was lovely!

The hotel was very close to downtown and the fisherman’s wharf, walked 5 mins. Short drive to the aquarium. Plenty of parking spaces. The beds were very comfortable. Even when our rooms were in front of the street we couldn’t hear it through our windows. Very clean housekeeping service. The parking concierge even gave us a map to go to the aquarium. I would stay here again and when I come back to Monterey. They even had a virtual concierge via text if you needed anything in your room.

Fun night in Monterey!

Beautiful entry and hotel setting. Room was clean and comfy.

I won't be back

I didn't. Morning much to say but not worth the $451 for 1 might.

Not worth what I paid for 1 night! Cheap coffee creamer, Keurig was not clean & yet had to pay for water $5. No thanks. Bed was too soft.

Nice hotel, but too pricey for what you get.

The room was good sized and comfortable. The partial ocean view was a joke though.

I didn't like the supposed view. Chairs on the balcony would also be nice. Free cable TV for the price of the room should also be included.

Lovely hotel in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is lovely with large rooms and a nice balcony. The location is perfect for exploring! Car parking is easy and the room was very comfortable. The 'pub' they have was great with lovely staff.

The staff at the restaurant on the lobby were not very welcoming and friendly sadly, so we decided to have one drink and find another dinner venue

You have to call the front desk to get your room cleaned

I was there for 4 nights, and it took me calling the front desk on the third day for someone to come clean my room. Thats not acceptable in my opinion.

I loved how spacious & fresh the rooms were. Plus the bed duvet is very cozy.

Felt like I was on a works conference. Not a holiday feel and certainly not a spa feel.

Location is very central. Rooms are comfortable.

There was a conference going on whilst I was there with business people all over the common areas, it was very busy and felt like the conference was across the whole hotel. I was on holiday and this made me feel like I was back at work! Also very long walk to the room with luggage, no one offered help. I felt the photos were really misleading this did not feel like a spa hotel or resort like feel at all which is how it appeared on the photos.

A good central location for a trip to Monterey, with convenient parking.

A greater location near fisherman’s wharf, and within easy walking distance of the aquarium. Breakfast was also fairly reasonably priced, with a good selection. Parking was available very close by.

The room didn’t have complimentary water, it was charged at $5 per bottle. Housekeeping only make up the room on request, which is poor for a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is tiny.
