No hay ascensor

Hay un olor raro en pasillo y habitación. No hubo limpieza de alfombra ni cambio de cama durante la estaría. Soy senior y me sorprendio que no había ascensor.

Si no se puede cambiar las camas diariamente pueden dejar fundas de alhmoadas extras en la habitación para que el invitado pueda cambiarlas. Tener ayuda para las maletas en el segundo piso.

Basic accommodations for a 1 or 2 night stay

Just the basics - a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a shower with plenty of hot water. The rooms also have a mini-frig and microwave. Good value for the money.

Our AC unit was a little loud, but not so loud as to keep us awake.

office staff was great, room was good for the price, restroom not so good.

Location was convenient. bedroom area was clean, Staff in the office was very helpful the morning of check-out when I rebooked the room to stay for 2 more nights.

There was hair all over the bathroom on check in. staff never cleaned the restroom when cleaning the room during our stay. I made sure there was no personal belongings left in the tub area and still was not wiped down. the sink was still covered in hair and there was no reason to not clean it. they took the garbage bag in the bathroom and never replaced the bag in the garbage cans. there could be another garbage in the bedroom area for convenience.

It's not properly tidy off. And the bedsheets,beds, and pillows are too old. Then, the complimentary breakfast is just bagels and orange juice That's just so bad.

It served our purpose to be closer to Grassroots, but wasn’t our first choice.

It was convenient for our purposes. It was the least expensive.

It is extremely dated. Those mattresses are ancient. Landscaping is neglected. Too expensive for the property.

The people staffing the check-in desk were very helpful and pleasant! The ice matching was wonderful - Graduation weekend, and always plenty of ice. So easy to get to - both the location of the hotel and the proximity of the room and the parking.

Room was clean-ish. It smelt clean and the main items seemed good. The cobwebs on the ceiling, stains in the toilet, missing drain covers and dirty windows were also noted. However, I appreciate that this room was affordable and things worked smoothly. Thank you.

A group of guests arrived at midnight after apparently partying. They continued in the room until 1:30. I realize there ws not much you could do about it, but it was really unpleasant..

The price, that's it. The parking lot was not full so easy access to room via steps to second floor. The bed wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Very very outdated. The carpeting in room grossed me out.

Pleasantly surprised, would come back and recommend.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much for a pretty cheap room. We were touring colleges and just needed a room to spend the night but it was very spacious and clean. I’ve been to hotels for similar reasons for the same price and this is the best I’ve seen, staff was sweet as well. If we ever go back to Ithaca we’ll most likely be staying there for sure.

Kind of our fault, but the ac unit was broken and unplugged so we assumed there was no way of controlling the temp. It was late so we just went to bed not realizing the thermostat on the wall as we’ve never seen one that looks like that. We noticed literally at 7am when we were packing up. Salty about that. Other then that I was chill the whole time nothing complaint worthy

it was cheap and the price for the locations was reasonable. I think this is the best if you need a place to stay for one night because there road is bad. I only stayed for one night because it was snowing and couldn't travel back home.

the place was dirty and the best seem old. The carpet had stains and it seems to smell bad. I think this place it just for those who need a one day stay. For a longterm stay I dont recommend it

very rundown, night desk help was awful. won’t recommend or return.

the first room had t been cleaned, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down and the shower didn’t work… we were moved to a different room and it was better but the shower still didn’t work great .. jody the day receptionist was so nice but the night girl was extremely rude and actually rolled her wyes at us like we were a problem for needing a shower…. plus the pictures of the rooms on the website aren’t the rooms we were put in!

Rude and racist. Accused me of smoking when I wasn't even there in the room. The minute they saw my black boyfriend they kicked me out.

comfortable, adequate for the family

room was good, fitted 4 of us, rooms were quiet. Beds were comfortable though I initially felt that they could be c;leaner as the oversheet was dark in color and it was difficult to determine if it was clean. Liked the location near the big stores - walmart, coffee shops and restaurants, old navy etc. easy connection by bus to the rest of Ithaca. Cleaning ladies and the reception were pleasant.

breakfast was adequate but we found the quality of the bread and cereal quite poor. We took our own muesli and sugar-free cereals and our brown bread and toasted them in the toaster provided. We used the fruit, yogurt and milk there which was ok. We left a pair of shoes by the window to dry as were on the ground floor and within half an hour, it was missing. Not sure what happened.

Very outdated, my room was almost given to another "Smith", uncomfortable bed. Walls are very thin I heard all the conversations of the next door until midnight. An then again from their kids from 6am.
