Excellent quality, nice/new/clean room

Renovated trim was excellent

Too close to major thoroughfare, Noisy at night. Breakfast, although free, was very basic and is lower quality and quantity versus other chains

Thank goodness that it was only on night.

Close to Wegmans. That's it.

Non existent breakfast .Sad. Tiny rooms. Not updated as shown on pics. Really skip this one. Really sad. Weird front desk.

Stay away from this place

It's cheap, which is why I chose this place. You get what you paid for.

* When we came to the hotel, the receptionist was nowhere to be found, including by phone. When he finally came, he was clearly high. According to other reviews, this is not the first time. * The room's floor was sticky. * The water in the bathroom sink would not go down. * During the night water started coming out of the bathroom, creating a puddle that stretched from there to the bed. It wet our stuff, causing damage to our clothes. * The room was noisy, dogs barking from 6 am. * The cleaning staff was rude and tried to get us to leave the room before checkout time.

they did not find my reservation, then gave me keys to a room that already had a guest and argued in front of me instead of dealing with the situation. to top things off the tv in the room turned itself on at 5am

Pleasant

The room was cozy the bathroom was good. I like the tub it was definitely bigger than a normal size tub.

The floors were dirty you could see the dust all the way around the room. I could not walk around the room Barefoot because my feet got nasty from the floor. I did not like the fact that there was only one night stand on one side. There were no outlets on one side of the bed so everything had to be plugged in to one side of the room. Could definitely use some updating. And some deep spring cleaning.

Great value would stay here again

The staff was very helpful and friendly . They were accommodating and I would say this hotel is family friendly and pet friendly ! Water pressure in the shower was great and a the water was always hot . The room was clean and i wasn’t nervous letting my 1 year old crawl around . I loved the fresh bottles of milk for your cereal in the morning, and the bottles of water available at reception. The location is great as we had to make a night run to a local store to pick up some grocery items

Nice place for a stay of a few days in Ithaca.

Location at walking distance from the center of Ithaca. Lot of parking space. Big room, equiped with coffee machine.

Traumatizing.

The Manager yelled at us in the morning when we asked why there was almost nothing for breakfast. (Problem with delivery truck) We have never been treated so rudely by someone who was to serve us... We decided to leave after one night although we had booked two nights. Of course, the management made us pay for two nights... No grace, no courtesy, no style. Absolutely horrible experience. Note: we went to another hotel that also served "continental breakfast" - and it was a LOT better than what Super 8 offered.

Good location. We had stayed here many years ago and seemed a bit run-down relatively but still comfortable. Close to a huge Wegmans, pleany of restaurants and the two State Parks of Buttermilk Falls and Robert Treman.

Not the fault of the property but there was a smell of weed pervading the entire loby due to smokers in an adjoining room which was a major nuisance.

Location was awesome. Rooms were very clean! And AC kicked ass

Bath tub never drained. Tub almost over flowed every time any of us took a shower had to make them very sort and then wait for some time for the next person to use. I was told there was a pool?? But not a big deal

I booked a room with a Queen bed. The bed WAS NOT a Quen though the staff rudely insisted it was a queen bed. The bed was too small and uncomfortable for myself and m husband.
