There was good space for the family.

Beautiful location and good value.

The property needs maintenance. The sliding door screen was torn out on the left side that would be a quick repair. The downstairs bathroom shower faucet had an inch gap from the tub wall. There were a couple of bugs in the closet and shower. The cleaning needs improvement. The floor wasn’t vacuumed well if at all.

Very pleasant.

Beds were a little hard for us senior citizens but other than that the place was very comfortable and the view outside the bedroom and the deck was spectacular!

Overall, quite nice and enjoyable.

Peace and quiet, great views, 2 bathrooms, porch, indoor heated pool, staff kindly accommodated request to move condos due to a family need

Need a softer bed/foam layer on it, no hand/bath soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen, pool/courts/activity areas closing so early (7:45 pm), not told about having to check out pool towels at the front desk until after my final swim of the trip, people allowed to smoke weed on the property

It was the second time we’ve stayed a Crown Point and really like it.

The location is great. The heated pool is excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The layout of the kitchen and kitchen equipment was very good.

The bed mattress was hard as a rock. I honestly didn’t sleep very well the entire time because the mattress was so bad. The window in the living room looked like it was about to fall out and could be a hazard to a small child.

Having to pay for clean towels to shower. I paid 800 for 5 day stay and didn't recieve clean towels. I was expected to pay for them. That was outrageous to me

It met all our expectations and more.

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the fridge was nice and cold, very clean. Everything was fine. We loved the excellent responses to what we needed. Great staff, quite location, very clean rooms and many little extras. Kitchen was fabulous with everything we needed. We went to relax and got just what we needed.

We had no problems with anything. Every request we had was met.
