Not a bad hotel. Just needs new doors and heating.

The view is awesome.

There was no central heating. They provided 4 small space heaters but it was snowing outside. And only 2 of them worked. Ended up leaving to another hotel because of how cold it was.

A hidden gem

The building manager goes above and beyond in helping make our stay as fantastic as possible. We had several hiccups on our fault and he responded quickly and saved us from big trouble on multiple occasions. I am incredibly thankful for his attentiveness and help. The view is incredible, either from the third story or from the edge of the property it's a breathtaking view of everything down below. The ride up is a bit steep but worth the ride, as if building up to the location. The rooms were very homey and rules make it seem more so, giving you a sense of responsibility to tidy up like it's your home makes the experience much more endearing. There are even several amenities in each condo that you don't really get in hotels like cookware and ovens!

The shower/bath wasn't the most clean looking but you could tell it was more due to misuse from previous tenants. Just a few heaters, while older, didn't function as well as others so getting the fireplace going was a big necessity. Everything is really meant to feel like it is an older home so it's understandable that some things don't work as well as before. Some beds weren't super comfortable but were enough to get some rest after a long day.

Would definitely come again.

The view is excellent and the set up inside and out is very cozy and feels like a home away from home.

The only think we encountered was the TV. However, we were traveling to be around nature and the TV was not a big issue as we didn’t really watch it. We enjoyed the outdoors.

It was okay, we had a good time; but are thinking to find a new place. This is too old!!

Always an amazing view and the fact that has a kitchen allows us to stay in to have breakfast and late night dinners.

Everything is too old! Kitchen table and chairs are all stained and look poorly. Bedding and towels smelled and towels were super old as well. We went to Walmart and get a new set for $3 dlls each; I mean they are not expensive so don’t see the reason why don’t put newer towels.

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Great view. No traffic noise. Nice layout. Cody is very personable and makes sure you understand all you need to know. TV had a great selection of channels and movies.

It is obviously an old property and a little rough around the edges. Some noise heard from the unit above. Water is very hard. Must have been first class in its heyday.

Ruidoso trip

The view is excellent off the balcony. Super clean 2 bathroom 2 bedroom lots of space. Manager is great 💯.

The bed sheets fall off and the mattress pad is plastic making it uncomfortable to sleep 😴😴 we did sleep with fresh air from the 2 screen doors 🚪 not a big problem but could be addressed.

The view and location was awesome. Feeding the deer family was a wonderful experience

The bathroom tub needs update. The glass sliding door was difficult to open and close easily. They need screen door because if not it’s impossible to maintain the bugs from coming in.

We had to cancel part of our stay due to a medical emergency and were told what would be done but 3

Nothing but the friendliness of the staff via telephone. No one was at the facility and it was difficult trying to make contact as we had a medical emergency and needed to cancel part of our stay.

Facility was at the top of a mountain that required 2.5 miles of driving on a narrow, steep 2 lane road with no street lights at all. This made any travel after dark extremally dangerous yet no mention was made of this in the description of the property

Good views but apartment no comfortable

views are really nice, and we where able to see like 10 deers.

heaters didn't work good, beds are no comfortable, things to cook missing.
