location, size of room, decorating, and layout.

seemed like the room I was in underwent repairs that were not finished and the mini fridge had busted and was defrosting the whole stay.

Would not return. So dreary.

No towel racks, coffee horrible, bathroom totally inadequate with no sink. Very shabby, decor horrible. Didn’t want to touch the bedspreads. Very depressing place.

the heat wasn’t on in the room and it was freezing took an hour to get warm and they over charged me when he said he would fix it and never did bed was not comfortable

The location was close to an event I was attending.

The policy of nonrefundable reservations at the reservation stage is ridiculous. The wording is misleading. I thought I was leaving my credit card just to hold the room while I verified something on my end. But that was to pay for the room! Don’t do anything here unless you’re 1000% sure you’re staying because you won’t get a refund!

Pleasant

Location was nice. All restaurants and stores we visited were close and everyone was super friendly. The spa tub was amazing and I soaked in it 3 times in our 2 night stay.

We had a king suite with a spa tub. The room smelled like extremely strong mildew, and was dated, but we got some air freshener and it sufficed for our stay.

Proximity to Historic Smithville Village, ease of travel to LBI.

If not late at night I would have gone elsewhere.

Non smoking room was excessively smoked it. Walk in and right back out. Had to request another room. This was musty, but better than sleeping in my car. Room needs attention due to age. I will most likely look elsewhere on future trips to this area.

Over all it was pleasant I came to rest and get away the scenery was awesome the Jacuzzi was wonderf

There was no breakfast served but should have been.

The person upstairs literally walked across the floor all day moving and slamming things it was a nuisance sit down some where..

For the price,the room offered what we needed.

Location was perfect for our reason to be in Smithville. Front desk was very nice. Beds were pretty comfortable. Could park right out front.

Room smaller than I expected. Bathroom had shower stall only-no tub. Floor was very uneven...don't know why?
