My stay was awful and horrible

Elevator carpet was nasty didn’t have hot water in my room!! The ice machines didn’t work didn’t have any drinking water at the facility at all

Not a great stay

So I show up After check in time of 3pm and was told that they were short staffed and it would be a little while to get a clean room. I say Fine. I’ll go get something to eat. Over an hour and a half later I call to see if a room is ready. Nope. Not yet. We will call you when a room is available. **I went to check in around 3:15. I called at 4:45. Still not ready they are short staffed😳😳😳***They called at 5:08 to say they had a room ready. Can’t wait to see what I’m in for 😅 So I park in a handicap space at the side of the building. Luckily I just use a cane because the ground is so torn up and not at all smooth where someone with a wheelchair would have a hard time using. The elevator was very outdated. Smelled of stale cigarettes and the carpet was filthy. It didn’t even have floor numbers, or a safety certificate. The room was very clean and the air was cold when it would stay on. It kept cutting off throughout the night and I would wake up when I got warm. It didn’t make for a restful sleep. The filters need to be maintained better. They were pretty dusty. I could hear the sound of the constant traffic when the air would cut off too. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but it had plenty of pillows. The cable kept cutting out in the middle of movies which was really annoying. I did like the size of the tv though. Bigger screens are nice to see in hotels. And then of course at 10:40 am there is a few knocks at the door from house keeping, I guess to make sure I would leave at the 11 am checkout time. Since I was overtired and a little cranky, I had half a mind to tell them that they should owe me two hours for the late check in time the day before. Overall, I wasn’t that happy with my stay. It was last minute.Usually I have more time to research before I make a reservation.

I was happy until the unhelpful mess and non chillsntness and the non responsiveness of corporate etc

Location and cleanliness

Everything was fine except the issue I had. Staff was not helpful non responsive and property not willing to help. Very disturbing and disgusting customer service wise that has cost be to be our 200 plus bucks. Also toilet barley worked and popcorn ceiling peeling plus u could hear dripping in ceiling

My stay was relaxing and comfort inn really lived up to there name

I enjoyed the facility but most of all the staff was pleasant and who stood out the most was Mark the evening desk clerk he was so helpful and pleasant he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed I would definitely come back again

Maybe a light cleaning if you stay more than 2days but other than that it was perfect

The maintenance guy was always in a good mood and on top of his stuff. The staff was friendly and the available drinks in the fridge.

Comfortable and clean

Lovely staff, always greeted you with a smile. Handy location to lots of food places, mall and Fayetteville town.

Only one working elevator and it had some issues, we chose to take the stairs instead as it had stopped between floors. Very strong odour in the hallway, maybe from redesigning some rooms but it wasn’t very pleasant.

The location was spot on... It was a short drive to the mall and several restaurants... Walmart was also within a very good commute time...

The heater was not working in the room... I had to request a blanket... I had several issues with getting in the facility and room... Everyday I had to go to the office to have the key reset... During checkout the maintenance man had to manually open the door with a key for me..

The breakfast was great. The gym not bad. Vanessa up front great person. My other encounter up at the desk she shouldn't be there. Attitude with a capital A

I asked for my room 2 be cleaned. This was are 3rd day there. Never happened. We had to empty the garbage, drop off the used towels to get clean ones. But the lady in the laundry room very nice.

I won’t stay there again.

The room was clean when we arrived. That’s about all.

We stayed four days and no one ever came by to refresh our towels or take the trash and I had to go to the front desk to get more coffee packets and was charged for them. Someone entered our room while we were gone. I found a long black hair in the sink and I have short blonde hair and my husband’s hair is gray. We were charged a hundred dollars deposit and didn’t get it back. We left the room as we found it except for some popcorn pieces on the floor. We won’t stay there again.

Over all good

I thought the receptionist from Columbus Georgia was excellent she is the only reason I will be coming back.I’ve been coming there for 20 years had some very bad experiences there but she always helps me and my family through it

Too noisy local people and get the deposit details together.It clearly says local residents must pay 150 deposit
