Disabled elderly woman 57 years old took an advantage of.

I did like the lighting in the room and in the bathroom I liked how comfortable the bed was that's about the extent of it and how clean it was I'll give them back.

I didn't like being yelled at and threatened to have the law called on me and I did not like them taking money out of my bank account saying that I stayed there on the 27th and the 28th when I was nowhere near there they took $97.02 out one day and $65.97. the next day I did not authorize this they took it out on their self and I'm telling you right now you will put my money back I have an attorney I will sue you for everything you're worth for stealing my money out of my bank account without my permission thank you Ramona little.

Danny the front desk clerk was very attentive to our needs.

Breakfast could improve with hot bar. Replenish when run out of yogurt. Coffee always available which was excellent.

Smell of weed in the hallways after seeing no smoking sign. We complained, we don't smoke!!

Run From This Place it’s a Drug Spot Not Safe At All

Not One Thing

I didn’t realize the location of this place !!!!!! However I did stay for all 3 nights the ppl in the room beside us KEPT US UP ALL NIGHT ONCE IR GIT DAYLIGHT THEY WENT TO SLEEP!!!! I complained to the office ever nite They done nothing !!!!!! There was a guy laying by the stairs as we were trying to go to our room Saturday the owner said he was a construction worker No he was homeless Begging For Cigarettes Traffic in and out all night I really think this is a DRUG HOTEL !!!!! Plus the cleaning staff opened up 2 of our sodas drank half of them then placed them back in the fridge!!!! Complained again was told we will handle it NOTHING DID NOT PUT CLEAN SHEETS ON THE BED !!!!

The stay..

The knocking on my door at 10:14 and not giving me time to answer the door before they use the master key to enter the room.. lucky I had a latch on the door..

I would look for another place next time.

The room was nice but no drawers for clothes, otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

Very noisy late at night...loud people, loud cars, loud music. There were also piles and piles of trash outside.

I wish they onsider the convenience of people staying for travel.

Breakfast was good but closed to early. I was literally walking there with my grandsons at 9:01 every thing was put away.thet didn't even offer anything . Pre wrapped muffins or cereal.

Change hours for people travel for summer not everything is work related

nothing, did not stay at this hotel.

Booked room... map to hotel was sent to my phone. got lost.. tried calling to cancel all afternoon. Kept getting busy signal. Had to stay at another hotel which was also affiliated with you. Still tried to cancel into the evening, hotel could not help and still could not get through to you. Finally sent an email to which the following was replied: "We've asked Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Bragg/Cross Creek Mall to make an exception for your reservation, and hope to have an answer for you shortly. Haven't heard a thing and I see my credit card was charged for the full amount. Not blaming the hotel but not happy with the services of "Book.com". You could do better...

The breakfast was okay very basic breakfast.

Room was decent. But the cleanliness wasn’t that great, a lot of noise at night and our room was suppose to be a non smoking room but our sheets and the room smelled of cigarette smoke
