Great location.

The room was dusty, and the carpets and bedsheets had bugs.

Great location!

Location is perfect, one block away from chateau Frontenac, right in the old Quebec city

Quite some stairs, quite old interiors (floor, windows, doors), tiny/cramped room

Would definitely come back to this hotel!

Room was very comfortable, air conditioning was a bonus as days were very warm when we were there. Maria was an excellent hostess!

Only issue was the stairs, which I know can’t be helped! We definitely got our exercise!

Location was amazing for the price! It was our first time staying at a hotel particulier because we normally go to popular big chains like Marriott, but we really enjoyed our stay. Was super close to restaurants and right in the core of Old Quebec.

Parking space, but we knew about this coming and were warned about not having dedicated parking space on the hotel description online. We were reminded several times where to find a public parking space nearby for our car, which was helpful.

Good location but not comfortable

Excellent location and friendly staff

The room didn’t feel clean, tiny bathroom and the mattress was so soft and so were the pillows. I have a back ache because of the bed. The toiletries were not well stocked, the hair dryer was so old. All the basics were missing.

two men came in at 9:00 am to check our mattress for. bed bugs. they did not find any. We left the inn and when we came back at 3:00 pm the beds were not made. it was a mess in the room. they should come when no guests in the room. My daughter was just laying in bed not even dressed. Then there was the question of the garage key. don’t pay at the inn because when you check out you have to give beck the key. you do not get your full 24 hr. we had to get the car out of the garage and then check back in because we wanted to have lunch in Quebec. they make sure you don’t leave with the key because they ask for a driver’s licence or hospital card in guarantee. will not go back.

You will find more better options near by in the same range.

I have stayed in this property before so I booked it again. The location of the accommodation is perfectly located.

They don’t have 24/7 helpdesk. You have to check in by your own if you reach after 8pm. Also you won’t get parking even though you request them upfront during the booking. Getting in and out with moderate bags are difficult.

Excellent location. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Coffee capusles replaced every day.

Towels not changed on 3 day stay or bins emptied.

lots of stairs that I wasn't expecting or I would have asked for a room closer to the ground floor

no maid service unless requested so no coffee on my last morning
